Easy to order. Wow, I appreciate all the videos produced explaining how to fit bras, and all the many others. How comforting to know I wasn't the only one who was confused about how they're supposed to fit and what the numbers mean. I'm 71 years old & never knew these things! And now that I've aged, I see why bra sizes change & what fit me in my 30's, doesn't now. I've been to the stores, but I can't ever find what I'm looking for there. I believe I will at Her Room, and I've told my friends too.

Tried to make me go through a bunch of printing, packaging, shipping for their mistake for a low cost item instead of comping it. I am a plus size woman but I have small breasts. Meaning I need a large band size (46 or 48) but an A cup. A TRUE A CUP.
Bramakers seem to think that when the band size goes up, so does the cup size...even though they'll still call it an A, its not.
Hello Donna - We appreciate your feedback. You are correct that your size is extremely unusual. As band sizes increase, so does an A cup. You probably need an AA cup size which unfortunately is not made in your band size.

My daughters are hard to fit and to find sizes (30/H and 32/G.) Even at those sizes you provide a wide array of styles and careful descriptions of the bras so it is easier to select properly.

I gave you one less star because the return policy is not great at all. 30 days only to return something? People are busy in this day and age and having only 30 days to return a bra that you can't try on in the store is crazy to me. You don't have a storefront or an easier way to return items. It cost people to return your items back to you which is not good. The return should be free as good customer service. Your prices are just average so you expect a free return.

Answer: Hello Sally - if you just want a smaller band size while keeping your same cup volume, move from a 36H(D5) to a 34I(D6). The problem, however, is that this bra does not have a larger cup size in this style. I therefore would not suggest this bra for you.
