I have had to return some items over the several years I have ordered from Her Room (due to size adjustments) and have never, never had a problem.
I thought I was getting the gown and the cover, as shown in the picture. The price was for the cover (robe) only and was very sheer and too pricey for just the robe.

When you order through this company, they say they take returns. But when you return items, they say they are damaged (even if you never tried them on!) and refuse to return your money. Buyer beware - their items are not always as shown online either (material is different than pictured but same general color, cheap lace and other material is scratchy and cheap). And if you don't like it, you get to PAY to sent it back so they can NOT return your money. Go to Amazon or Kohls or anywhere instead of this place.

I would never "choose" to buy clothing online, it makes no sense to buy without trying them on. That being said, I have no other option, not fitting into the size range available in brick and mortar stores. I have accumulated clothing that I would not have purchased after having tried them on. This I am not happy.
