NEVER will buy from here again. They are such a dishonest company! I returned an item in perfect condition, only tried on to see if it fit and returned. They would not refund me and would not give a reason. Despicable site, not to mention the ridiculous shipping they constantly charge, but there are plenty of other companies I can purchase from, so take a hike.

Great, secure website. I've purchased numerous bras and have been very satisfied with the ordering ease, the speedy service, and the excellent quality of the products.
I ordered several clothing items for the first time from this website. There was an error in my address, which I corrected with a customer service representative immediately. Although they reached out to me and I corrected it, they never actually corrected the address for some reason and I never received my items. When I called to inquire, the customer service representative was very unfriendly and unprofessional and admitted that they never made the correction. The item I ordered was out of stock at that time. I did receive a refund but between the errors and the unfriendly customer service representative, I won't be ordering from this company again. I didn't even receive an apology.

I found the return page difficult to navigate - I wanted to use USPS but I could only print out a Fedex label (no offices nearby) and once I got to that page I could not undo it. I sent the package USPS but got charged for the unused Fedex label. I have not heard anything yet from Customer Service and I emailed them over a week ago.

I like that HerRoom carries brands that I like, and that shipping time and costs are reasonable. Sometimes the details on a product are incomplete and rarely there are errors. For example a pair of underwear will be described as "full coverage" when it clearly is not. I am disappointed that there are few USA-made products and that it seems that can no longer be searched for. I suggest making it a category on the site and making it easy to search for. It would also help if, when items are made in another country (which most of them are), the country is specified rather than just saying "imported". That tells me basically nothing - I know that 99% of the items are "imported". But if they are from China, or if I even think they are from China, I won't buy them. I'm happier buying from India, South America or Europe when American-made is not available.
Purchased bras in January still have not received a refund. Have called several times.

I purchased a cotton bra from HerRoom and found it entirely unsatisfactory. The bra offered almost no support, the cup shaping was nothing but a cord run through a casing at the band area, and center ties were awkward and difficult to fasten. I considered the item to be little more than a joke.
I contacted HerRoom and asked to return the item for a refund and they agreed. When I still hadn't received the refund two weeks after they received the return, I took the matter to PayPal and they secured the refund for me.
I cannot recommend this company or their products.

You initiated your retun on 2-2-24, we received it on 2-8-24 and you were refunded on 2-8-24. There was no intervention with PayPal, and your return was processed the same day it was received.
