Poor Communication

It took at least 3 weeks to get my order, maybe longer, I can't even remember anymore.
I kept getting emails telling me it was on the way, I sent reply's indicating I did not receive my order.
It was the same over and over again. Finally after close to 6-8 weeks, I decided to cancel my order, when low and behold my order shows up!
This was the worst experience I have ever had with a company in regards to delivery.

They didn't resolve my issue

I couldn't return a bra as per your instructions. The order number wasn't correct. The bot online gave me the order number, and then that didn't work either. I still have to return a bra.

Awful new website

Products and customer service are great. The new website is awful. Insanely slow, filters don't always work, popups and picture tags block preview images, etc. It's practically unusable.

I'm on mobile. Most, not all of the bra's I looked at today didn't not have the prices clearly marked. Many had a range listed but not prices under the colors like they usually do.

Still don't have my order.

I ordered 5 pair of panties on Jan. 13 and have only received one pair. Customer service said others were on backorder until Feb. 14 or so. No communication and have not received rest of order.

Love Shopping On HerRoom

I have been buying from HerRoom since 2022, and I have always been pleased with my purchases. They have excellent sales and a huge selection of choices. I like that they sell a lot of UK brands because I prefer those over US brands for the most part, they just seem to fit me better. UK brands seem to be more consistent with their fit. My shipments always arrive promptly, typically within 5–7 days of my order. I am always sending people there from a sub-Reddit group I am a member of. HerRoom is an excellent place to shop for larger busted women, as they carry bra lines that specifically cater to that demographic. I have yet to have to return anything to them, so I do not know anything about their return process nor have I dealt with customer service, so I cannot speak to that either. But as far as purchasing goes, I have been happy with my choices. I definitely suggest going over and looking at what they have to offer.

So upset

Excellent information

The detail and helpfulness of HerRoom is unprecedented. However, ordering from Canada has proved problematic as a DD+ size. I could have returned the items, but must have hit a low point as a consumer. I will go back to her room for future orders.

Pricing discrepancy

Purchased bathing suits and expected to pay in CAD$ as per invoice however charge was converted asUSD AND CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD. I have been dealing through Customer Service to have the issue resolved since January. I have not received any recent updates regarding this issue. My best source for bras

I don't remember how I found HerRoom but I'm lucky I did. For any woman who needs a bra size that isn't one of the standard sizes carried in department stores, HerRoom is heaven-sent. The variety of styles, size options, prices and customer service keep me as a loyal customer.

Who exactly is HerRoom

Poor Customer Service. Seems like a bogus company. Still awaiting my refund for a returned item. Now approximately 1 month. I have a challenge with paying for return. That should be the coat of the company because it was your label that was wrong.

Beware of returns

I purchased 2 bras from herroom because I had a lumpectomy. The size was too small. I had to self pay for return, but I was not bothered by that. I wanted a size up for exchange. I did not hear back so I emailed customer service. They told me they would not exchange the bras and only gave me a partial refund for one of the bras. Because I opened the other one and the tags were off (I could not try it on the way they were placed & I included them back in the package) they would not refund. It took 4 emails back and forth to even come to this conclusion and I have not received any reply as to why I only received a partial refund for the bra that was still in its packaging. I do not recommend this site at all.

I'm a BIG GIRL and can't deal with the poor selections from typical retail sources. Have to be specially fitted. HER ROOM carries my brand, plus lots and lots of options IN MY SIZE (44J or a D7) to make me look and feel GORGEOUS on those special occasions. Quality undergarments at a reasonable price point that are NOT KNOCK OFF'S! Her Room has my patronage for Life!
