For wilma in customer service... your response was only to cover your side of this. I haven't even PAID for these bras yet, only worn once and the wire broke through the fabric. That is not how you stand by your merchandise. I had asked when placing the order if they had my previous order but they did not.
I remain incredibaly disappointed with this and shall put a stop payment on this. Terrible

Hello Jane - Thank you for your feedback. I noticed you have purchased this sports bra from us several times in the past. What is unusual, is that this recent bra in question was purchased by you in a size that's 2 band sizes and 2 cup sizes smaller than your prior purchase earlier this year and other prior purchases. Buying a much smaller sports bra than your correct size puts extreme strain on both the band and the underwires; thus causing the underwire to break under such stress. In your call to us, you stated that your underwire broke.

This sports bra was also purchased from us 49 days ago - well beyond our 30 day return policy.

I discovered this place quite by accident. I will never shop anywhere else for all cotton underwear. I will never shop anywhere else for any other underwear. They have top quality products that stand up to wear day in and day out.

I just wish they would find a quicker way to ship. I am paying for shipping so please stick what I order in a large Manila envelope, put a couple of stamps on it and just drop it off in the nearest mailbox.

This company lacks understanding of both the products they are selling to women, as well as to me as a customer. Ordered several identical items that when compared to one another were grossly different in size. Additionally, ordered a sports bra which I had to return due to another gross misrepresentation of size (it was far too big) and the return was not accepted because there was soap residue on the item. Any woman who has ever tried on a sports bra knows it is almost impossible to not leave some residue on these awkward items be it deodorant, soap or lotion. Her Room will not accept the return with any residue, nor will they accept a return you have washed to remove any residue that may have transferred during try one, despite faulty sizing information on multiple items. I have work the same size sports bra for over 2 decades, but this one was way too big. The "Chat" person said they expect you to try on items fresh from the shower (which in itself it a unique and disturbing policy in my opinion) but none the less I did and still left soap on the item.

Would not recommend Her Room and will not be ordering from them in the future. Will stick with barenecessities.com and other name stores whose quality control and return policies are consistent and fair to the consumer.

I wish I would have reviewed this merchant before ordering from them. I placed an order which I never received. When I contacted them to advise them they stated the tracking showed it was delivered and that I should contact the post office. I entered a dispute with pay pal stating that I never received the items that they shipped me but her room told them the tracking showed it was delivered. Long story short they would not refund my money. What a waste of time and lack of concern whatsoever from this company. They basically stole my money and offered nothing in return. I would never recommend them. Find a reputable company to deal with in case situations like this arise.

They sold me a defective top and then refused to accept the return "because it had dog hair on it". If it had dog hair on it they put it there. AVOID AT ALL COSTS unless you don't mind throwing away money. The worst, THE WORST, customer experience I've ever had.

Referring to previous review I must add customer service rude. Finally was sent a rtn label with no communication about pics. Sent gown back with label. Was told pkg at location awaiting inspection. Two more calls. Pkg never arrived at their facility. Hmmm. Then refund given on damaged item. This company gave me a headache and unnecessary stress. I am making it my personal mission to get the word out in this company.

Three items were shipped to me in a flimsy mail envelope which appeared to be run over by a vehicle. HerRoom failed to address my return issues after I had an accident right after receiving 3 of 4 items purchased. This company is a terrible example of mail order commerce - they have no respect for their customers! Nordstrom, Anthropologie and other companies set a high standard that HerRoom cannot even comprehend! Shop elsewhere! Rating should be a zero...

You called in asking us to mail you a return label. Our representative explained that we have an online return procedure that will create your mailing label. You did not want to go through our online process. We offered to go through it for you over the phone. You did not want to do this either.

TERRIBLE COMPANY. I ordered two Rhonda Shear Ahh Bras from this company. Never again! The bras are comfortable enough, but upon washing the first one, the underwires came out and became entangled in the mesh lingerie bag I washed it in. I had washed this on delicate cycle, cold water, by itself in this lingerie bag. I engaged one of their customer service people in an online chat and she told me that I could not return an item that had been worn and washed. BUT IT FELL APART IN THE WASH. The person I chatted with suggested I photograph the bra and entangled bag and send them with a brief description of the damage. I did that. Today I received a very curt email which read as follows: "Thank you for your email. Unfortunately per our Return Policy we are unable to accept any items back that have been worn or washed. This item under Fabric Info clearly states that this item needs to be Hand washed in cold and Line dried. We appreciate that this is a disappointment. However, our decision is final we will not be able to accept this item back." An interesting email, because imprinted on the bra itself is white lettering that says, in English and then in several other languages, Machine wash cold with like colors. Do not bleach. Hang to dry. Tumble dry low. Do not wring. Do not iron."
I washed this in cold water. I did not bleach. I did tumble dry on low. Steer clear of this store. There's a reason why they only post their good reviews on their website.

I ordered eight pairs of Shadowline panties from this company and they began to fall apart immediately. When I got them I suspected that they were seconds based on the terrible cutting and sewing--the stitching missed entire parts of the cotton panels and the edges of the cut pieces were ragged and choppy. I wore them two or three times--I had them just three weeks!--and they began coming apart. I called for a refund and they refused. They said they can't take back anything that's been worn or washed. I understand that they can't do that if you change your mind, but these FELL APART! Within 3 weeks! That's absolutely unacceptable. I will never, EVER spend another penny at this company, and neither will my friends if I have anything to say about it. Wilma's pathetic response below is all you need to know. They sent me inferior merchandise and will not issue a refund for it. This is what they do; I mean, just read all of these awful reviews. Wilma, I think your parents are spinning in their graves over your choice of career. Her Room, you will never have another chance to rip me off.

Our return policy states that a return needs to be in new condition. Since you both washed and wore all 8 pairs, we are regrettably unable to provide a refund. I am sorry.

I purchased a strapless bra/short one piece undergarment to wear under my wedding gown last month and I was excited to receive the item in the pretty bag well in time before the wedding. I tried it on with my own undergarments on and it did not fit. No tragedy, I placed the item back in the silk baggie and placed it back into the original box to return after the wedding. I followed all the instructions and shipped it back to HerRoom. I didn't hear anything for a long time so I called Customer Service when I received the garment back in the mail in the same box, just tossed into the box like a piece of trash... no letter, no explanation! I was informed that there was a stain on the back of the garment. I told the representative that there was no way that I created the stain and it must have come to me that way. There was nothing she could do but gave me the CEO's name. I proceeded to write an email to her and sent it 3 times over the course of the month... still no reply. I just Live Chatted with someone from the company and again was told... No refund and No Credit! Now I'm out $73.00! I feel that I have been cheated and I want to warn other women not to buy anything from this company. I'm sorry I did! PS I wore a strapless bra and a shorts Spanks and looked fabulous!

The longline shapewear you purchased shows clear signs of being worn, and has significant internal staining throughout. I have also confirmed that you received a new garment that had not previously been returned by another customer. This one garment is not eligible for a refund because it is not in new condition.

Hello again Regina. I wish we could help you. Without any tracking of your claimed returned package, our hands are tied. Our return mailing label only works with the US Postal System, and tracking instantly begins with the label's first scan at a postal facility. Your correspondence with us stated you think you gave your package to UPS or Staples. I feel absolutely terrible about your situation, but without any kind of tracking or proof of your package being in transit, we must wait for your package to arrive or be scanned somewhere so that we may begin to locate it.

I have ordered 5 bras and non of them fit me well, so i decided to return it using the provided return label. However it been 3 months now and im still waiting for the refuind because the return label provided is uncrackable. No one can help, customer service here is the worse i have ever experienced. They just simply tell you "Im sorry mam, but i can not help u with anything", "im sorry u feel this way, but its uncrackable so we can not refund you"

I ordered and returned an item that fit very poorly.
So I returned it for a different size. Same type of fit which seems very odd IF it was just a size problem which clearly it was not. It was/is a poorly constructed garment.

My review was the only negative among 'glowing' reviews.
I got a response- quite a snarky response- that they only get positive reviews for this particular item.

So what! It doesn't fit right and I highly question the reviews.

I ordered 6 bras from them... giving them the current size and brand that I wore. All 6 bras came in several sizes too small. I return them - they charge a fee for that by the way- only to have then say I wore one... ummmm it gave me quad boob do you really think that I would wear a bra that gave me 4 boobs? I call them and speak with them and the response was "Oh well, we made are decision - nothing we can do about it but we gave you THIS time a store credit so you can buy another one". You mean you want me to buy another one that may or may not fit where I can then pay another $6 return fee? You can keep my $56 - no problem and I will just warn every other customer out there that i can... Funny thing - In reading the reviews posted in the last week alone apparently ALOT of people had the exact same issue... interesting dont you think... All of the sudded we all had parties in them and then returned them... Sure that sounds legit. I understand the appeal of this size especially for us large chested ladies to try to get these for less money. There is a reason they are less. And they dont stand by their product.

Unfortunately, one of the 8 items you returned did not qualify for a refund - 7 items received a full refund. You returned a black bra to us with all tags removed, and with clear signs of being worn and washed. Thus you returned a garment that did not meet our stated return policy requirement of being in new condition. As a first-time customer, we extended to you a courtesy 60 day store voucher.

Awful customer service

I will think twice before ordering from this company again. I ordered and returned in the same condition and they said I did not. Then the are offering me a store credit of $40.55 when my total was $79.50 go figure. I should have looked at the reviews. I have ordered before but had no problem. It is when you have a problem that you find out about the company's ethics.

I ordered 6 bras from HerRoom. I'm one of those millions of women who are in between standard sizes, so when buying online, need to order a range of sizes. Only two of the bras fit well, so I went through the online returns Rigamarole, packed the unfitting four back up and headed to the PO. Meanwhile, I received an email from "debi" in "customer service" saying that I have too many returns and that I won't be allowed to return anything else I order. Short version: Beware. There are good, decent and honest retailers online, but this is not one of them.

I attempted twice to change my mailing address to my new address as I had sold my house a couple of months earlier. On the first attempt, I was unable to get the new address to even save so I abandoned the order. On the second attempt a few days later, I was able to change it in my profile as well as on the order (in my cart). However, the order reverted back to the old address when it was saved and still shipped to the old address. $150 down the drain because, of course, Her Room would assume no responsibility for the issues with their website even after I demonstrated that their website was not processing updates. I'll pursue through consumer protection groups until it's addressed, but buyer beware. This company has crappy, crappy customer service. They absolutely could not care less about fair treatment to their customers.

Very dissatisfied with Her Room thus far. Called in to speak to a customer service representative to get help with specific requirements I need from a bra. The representative seemed put out that I couldn't just search for what I needed on the website. She gave me a couple of suggestions. I ordered one of the options she suggested. When the bra arrived it was anything but what I had specified. Specifically I needed molded cups. The bra that arrived wasn't remotely molded.

Then when I called to arrange for a return I find out that I have to pay for the return postage. Extremely dissatisfied all the way around! Customer service is severely lacking.

One comment in your review I'd like to respond to is your request for a "molded" bra suggestion. Many women feel that a bra with a thin layer of foam in the cups is called a molded bra. This is actually not the case. A molded bra is simply one where the cup shape has been created using a mold. A bra with foam in the cups for modesty padding is called a "contour cup" or a "t-shirt" bra.

I got swimming suite: black, white, black and white stripes. After one day on the beach, stripped material white became Yellow.! One day suite for $250! Her room did not except return, because it used.! I sent return in timely matter, I did not swim in acid, merchandise is very poor quality. I regret purchase here, I never had this experience in Nordstrom or Saks,.

Hello Tanya - Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The yellowing of the white area was caused by chemicals that existed in the beach water you swam in. The manufacturers of your swimsuit used high-quality fabric constructed to withstand chlorine, salt water, and the sun. Unfortunately, we are not aware of any swimsuit fabric that could have kept it's white color in the environment where you were swimming.

When you buy lingerie online there is the expectation that you don't know how it fit until you try it on. THEREFORE this company should allow for free returns. Also after I did go back-and-forth to make an exchange I emailed them a question and to this day have not heard bac. It has now been over four weeks.
