Ordered a bouquet of roses for my daughter on Valentine's Day. They wilted within two days of arrival. When I contacted pro flowers they promised to redeliver so I rescheduled. Nothing was delivered. Their excuse was that they were no longer delivering that arrangement in Madison Wisconsin. I have contacted them again to find out when the replacement delivery will be but they are ignoring me.
They collect the commission for your purchase but do nothing to offer assistance in purchasing. Returns are not allowed and inventory is limited. When I have asked questions via email responses are curt or the question in ignored all together.
When you buy lingerie online there is the expectation that you don't know how it fit until you try it on. THEREFORE this company should allow for free returns. Also after I did go back-and-forth to make an exchange I emailed them a question and to this day have not heard bac. It has now been over four weeks.
