Will take your money, not process your order in a timely manner, don't respond back to email in a timely manner. When asking to cancel an order they will tell you they can only refund you store credit for some reason.

I bought a box (Jellyfish) and I had it for one week and it knocked over from being on the floor to it side and three out of four legs broke on the inside. I find it on its side and it's now broken. I have got bongs here before and actually dropped them and they didn't brake
I ordered 100$ worth of products on 4/26/20, the only emails I got from them were to activate my account, which I did. After 2 weeks with no updates, I try to log into my account to track my order and I cant log in, I try to reset my password but apparently there is "no account associated" with my email. Huh. So I try to create a new one, and I cant because there is already an account associated with my email. I have emailed them about this as well as my order SEVERAL times and they don't bother to respond. Don't waste your money, its a scam.

They will keep charging your card even after you end your subscription. They are forcing me to go to my credit card company even-though I notified them immediately that they erroneously charged my card.
They take your money quickly and don't ship your order. I placed my order on November 23rd, the funds were withdrawn and and order status never changed. I reached out to customer service, they said they expedited my order but still no change in order status. I was hoping my order would be here for a Christmas gift I am putting together, but it looks like I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
I've been waiting 3 months for the last 2 boxes i purchased the second i asked for a refund they completely stopped responding and now won't respond to me but they can email me asking how my purchase was even tho i have still yet to receive either of the boxes and when i respond to that email they don't respond yet again. This company doesn't seem to have it together with organization. I ordered a 3-month subscription in October and didn't receive the October box until I emailed about it in November. They blamed the delay on COVID production delays (which I accepted then but am leaning towards it being an organizational issue now) It is now December 16 and my November box still hasn't arrived and two emails have been left unanswered. Unimpressed with this company and their customer service. There's no sense doing themed items if we can't get them in the month they're themed for. Stick with Hippie Butler or CannaBox. They ship on time and have great customer service.
I have bought 3 bongs from them, every time they take almost a month to arrive and then they break after about a month or less of use. They do not reply to emails or on their social media so good luck getting any help. The only saving grace is the Route insurance but Dankstop has that and gives you the option to choose your shipping speed and they reply to emails. So there a re better options if you want better glass and for it to actually come on time. As big of a company as Hemper is, you'd think they would have better service and better order processing, but I guess not. Be careful buying here and know there are better and quicker options.
Received 1 order 3 months ago. Not bad. Second order was on Nov 5,2020. Was paid for the same day. It is now November 23,2020. I've emailed them 4 times. Was told there would be mass shipping on the 15 November 2020. Still no Hemper box? Just emailed them again today. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Worst experience I've had with any company literally ever. On April 20th. It's now May 19th and I have received no information, the customer service is the absolute WORST joke of the Century. Pretty sure the whole thing is a scam. On their covid tracking thing it says I'll receive my package by May 20th (tomorrow) but it hasn't even been fulfilled let alone shipped! Please please please save your money. I spent about 120$ plus 15$ for shipping and I am pissed. I don't usually leave reviews on bad experiences I'm about as far from a Karen as it'll get but this company deserves to go to hell. Stealing people's money, refusing refund because it hasn't shipped. Will be calling bank tomorrow for a reverse charge. Just don't do it. Order from literally anywhere else order a bong from wish, it'll probably be a better experience.
This was just overall a terrible experience. It was over priced for what the order was. The products are nice but it was expensive. One thing was out by the time they got to my order, so I was missing a female banger. That's kind of essential to dabbing. I got no refund either for it. It took almost a month to receive my order. I payed extra for faster shipping. I'm extremely unhappy with the experience. I must say DankGeeks is so much better. I definitely recommend them, because it only took a few days with the payed for shipping.

Bought an xl bong as an Xmas gift. I had the insurance and that was a breeze to deal with, however the 2nd arrived with a crack as well, albeit considerably less badly of one, apparently insurance doesn't transfer to the new shipment and I emailed within an hour, if not less of the delivery to notify them if the damage, customer service told me because it was "still intact" they'd give me a $15 credit or I could return the item at my expense and they'd ship me yet another one, but offered no explanation when I asked what would be done if that one would come damaged as well, they also said they'd give me an additional $30 credit if I still had the badly damaged one to ship back as well. I'd tossed that one but I found that an odd request that threw up some red flags.
This was a gift for a friend, it being damaged at all wasn't acceptable. Will never make a purchase from hemper again.
I was charged for a whole year of the core box( 155!), w/o any reminders. Even though on my subscription page, I am set up to only have MONTHLY boxes sent. I tried to reach out to them for a whole week, and nobody got back to me. Finally after the weekend, I received a response w/ how to skip a box. Not even what I asked for. Seems and feels like I am being scammed out of $155. I understand that COVID has slowed a lot of things down, including customer service, but the response I got to my issue of being charged over $100 dollars, was how to skip a box in your next order. WTF?

They tell you that you can contact them via email if you have any questions about your order, but after a month of it not coming, not one of my kindly worded e-mails has been responded to even with something automated. The order hasn't even been shipped, and the only courtesy they've given me is to see that I spent over a hundred dollars for something they won't even care to fulfill or get in touch with me about for at least a month. They should honestly sell the business or close I've never seen that level of incompetence from an online store that WASNT A SCAM. If they don't wanna be compared to scams they should not clearly be scamming me and others who I see recently filed with the Better Business Bureau for the same reasons. I purchased a Groupon and first there was no inventory and when inventory (of only 1 color) was available my Groupon code would not work (yes I followed the instructions). I made 4 attempts to reach Hemper and ask for help placing my order and NO response. Groupon would not refund my money but they did give me Groupon buicks.
I would never use Hemper again!
I ordered something May 10th 2020 and it's now June 5th with no order and no contact back from Hemper. I've tried contacting them 3 separate times and I've gotten no response. I guess it's not to dispute the charge with my bank...
Ordered a bong on April 19th. It's April 30th. Still waiting. According to their site, it hasn't shipped. I received an email today asking if I'm happy with my order. Emails going unanswered, no phone number on site. Never again. A couple days away from calling my bank and getting the charge reversed.
Edit; Finally received item on May 15, nearly a month after ordering.
Meanwhile, after getting tired of waiting, I found a similar, but better item on ebay for $10 less, ordered it May 1, received it on the 8th.
Item from Hemper was nice, not as heavy glass or construction as my Ebay item. All in all, looks like Hemper has some nice stuff, higher cost than you'd pay for similar stuff on ebay, and if you're in a hurry, don't bother.
I ordered merch a month ago and still have yet to receive it. But for so reason there month box I ordered after the four pieces came within a week. I did reach out and got a repose but in that response I got a little jab thrown at me. Because they did a bogo a month and a half back I ordered four bongs one of my orders for my friend didn't even go on my account but they sure did clear her money really quick (I've never seen my money clear befor my items ship btw) didn't even go on my profile but I use honey and they had coupons so of course I use my coupons code on there because who wouldn't? About 20 days of thier "business days" past I reach out they apologized and sad it was because of inventory. I responded with that's fine I'll wait for my item but then the next email hit "here's a five percent off coupon this will not work on any BOGO sales" you know it might be default to say that but it was so oddly worded idk but moral of the story if you want crap customer service and super late packages definitely shop here.

My bong arrived on may 24th smashed to pieces. I had ordered the wish ball bong box and when I emailed the "support" team for a refund they told me 7 business days. 14 days later still no refund so I emailed again they told me they where going to contact protect + that took another 3 days and I was told then it's been approved ect and it would take 1-3 business days again and still to this day June 14th I have not gotten my refund. This place is a scam and I suggest if your going to order subscription boxes or bongs go to CANNABOX! HEMPER IS A SCAM AND THEY WONT REFUND YOU IF YOUR STUFF ARRIVES SMASHED!
