How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Hemper?

Barely possible to get an answer. Sent multiple emails and never got anything back until a week later, and my question wasn't even answered. I asked for a refund because they charged me w/o my authorization, and their response told me how to skip a month on my current subscription. Like, wtf?

Absolutely impossible! I Sent multiple emails, and tried leaving messages on live chat. That wasn't live ‍

Good luck. No phone to call, emails take multiple days in between and questions are dodged.
