I got myself fitted by professionals to make sure I get my perfect dress, used the sizing chart and the dress still came 4 sizes bigger than the sizing chart.

I want to return my product because it was way too big and it's been ten days since I've messaged them.

Did not realize you can not return
Was devastated when I realize was stuck with a dress that did not fit
They did however tell me to keep it and eould give me store credit for full amount

Hebeos was great to work with and had great communication for the shipping process.

I love it, it makes me feel like a princess with the dress on. It also came in such a short time I didnt have to worry since my prom is coming up soon!

Been trying to return the dress for a refund but unable to figure out how to do so

My experience has been horrible to date. 0 out of 5 stars. I have been requesting a refund for over a week now and no response. I sent them pictures as they asked and haven't heard back since. Never, ever again.

Good all around, shipping was in record time easy to pay we received emails when the dress was started to the day it came

I had never heard of this company and was a little skeptical. My daughter really loved the dress so we decided to order. I was so surprised with the quality of the dress at such a reasonable price. We will definitely be ordering from this company again.

I want to return the product, but I have not heard back. I have 14 days, but I need to know how to return it.

The dress was not the correct color and of poor quality. Did not match the picture. I asked for a refund, customer service offered 15%, then a 70% voucher. When I told them that their website states they offer a full refund if the color is incorrect, they ignored me. I sent three follow up emails and they ignored me. This website is a scam and if it is legit, they have the worst customer service.

Being the first time with this site, they were extremely responsive and helpful through the whole process.

Overall experience is ok. They reply to emails and accomodate customers.
