DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought a bridesmaid dress that was made to the standard measurements it should have been (I am well within these measurements). When I tried to return the dress I knew I would have to pay return shipping which I was already aware of. Except, they want to charge me a 15% restocking fee plus the massive return shipping fee! The restocking fee is not stated anywhere in the return policy, yet they are trying to scam people out of more money. I have been going back and forth for a week and they still have not sent me a return address and have refusedto wave the restocking fee. I will be filling a charge back and leaving as many negative reviews I can so it stops at least one person from losing money.

Everything was a breeze. Perfect description on how and where to measure. Emails on each step and shipping was fast and efficient. Great quality work and my dress is beautiful and fits like a glove!

I ordered a dress from this site and was unable to return it even thought it was unused and within a day of receiving the dress. The dress did not suite my body type and they said this was not a valid reason for the return.

Dress looked like it was previously worn and also had a terrible smell to it

Worst experience. The dress on the website on its arrival was totally different from the picture. Returned policy was even worst, the cost 300.00 to shipped back. They only refund me 43.00 out of 153.00. Don't buy.

Difficulty processing the return, expensive cost to ship to China. I spent $us 80.00 in shipping

The experience was seamless and easy. Quick communication and delivery was super fast as well.

Customer service is poor, I tried reaching out after I received my order, but nobody answered

Ordered a custom sized dress for a wedding. The order arrived and the dress was huge and smelled foul (like barf). The dress also looked so different to the photos online. The material was a much cheaper material and the design looked different too. I contacted the company and asked to return it and they didn't respond to my email. I tried again a few months later and they told me I missed the return deadline, which I had not. I then took and screenshot of the original email and sent it to them as proof. They told me they would only take it back with a 15% restocking fee, because it was a custom order and that I had to pay the shipping. I told them I'm a dress maker and that the sizing was completely wrong and not the measurement I had taken. I'm a professional clothing designer and know how to measure. I also told them the outfit smelled putrid and should be returned just because the smell was so awful. They refused to help. Save yourself money, time and frustration and don't order from this scamming site. Their clothes are poorly made, fabrics are cheap, garment smell and they won't do anything to assist customers.

You guys keep saying the dress is the correct size! And I keep saying it's huge on me, I'm not able to wear it, I need to return it!

The dress came on time and I did appreciate the daily updates.
