The website is a total scam. I have tried to contact customer service to cancel my order via LiveChat and email many times, however I haven't got a reply. They have stolen my money! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, SCAM WEBSITE!

My daughter needed a dress for an 8th dance and she is very particular. So I was very skeptical about buying a dress online. I was afraid it wouldn't fit or the material would not be good. I was pleasantly surprised when our dress arrived in only two weeks, and the dress fit perfectly. It is beautiful and I will definitely be ordering from Hebeos again!

I have made several attempts to contact you over the last 5 days. I have yet to receive a response in any form it is within the time frame and is by your guidelines. For a refund for the dress I ordered U**************. The dress I received was not anything that I ordered looks no where near the picture from head to toe. The Rhine stone placement on the dress is no where near straight there are rhinestone placement on my daughters private area. This dress is no where near what we ordered. In my order request I say bottom of dress to be pink the entire dress is pink. This dress was poorly tailored and could not be worn at all. (See pictures) its been 48 hours and I have yet to hear anything back from you guys from my first email. I will have to call my lawyer if you guys do not respond in a timely and professional please. I have several pictures and proof of me reaching out to your company via your website as you ask your customers, regular email and now pay pal. Still havent heard after 4 emails and 4 requests sent via website.

This is the worst company, I have ever seen, I order dresses from that arrived on the 30th of March upon opening up the product two dressing were of bad tailoring on sleeve longer than the other, stitching messed up and different on the bottom of the sleeve, the second dress the neck was to small, I immediately contacted asked to send pictures, all this on the 30th of March, my child had a event so I contacted them every day with no respond, so by the third day, I asked for a refund, still no answer, I never received a respond until I contacted the presales, repeated everything, than again silence on, than on april 5th Mary says sorry for the inconvenience and tell me to take the dresses to a Taylor, my respond no way would I pay for dresses that was tailored to pay someone else to correct your work, just send me the information to send back your product, again silence so I send another message, than on the 16th, Was told are you looking for a 35.00 refund, I stated no neither one of the dresses cost 35.00 I want full purchase price, than again silence, than today they stated again to take to a Taylor and the will give me a 10 percent discount. Wow, this company is a night mare, DO NOT order from them, I am still going back and forward and still they have a problem with returning my money, because of they bad quality of there work, also did I say the dress look nothing like the picture. Here it is the 18th of April and still, I asking for my money.

We ordered a prom dress that was to arrive at our house by April 3rd for SENIOR Prom April 7th. Yes, we were cutting it close, but paid an extra $20.00 to insure delivery by the 3rd. We ordered the dress March 17th. I started emailing company Monday April 2nd to make sure it was coming. This company is in China and no phone number. We emailed back and forth and no dress. It finally arrived April 11th, After I cancelled the order. Horrible experience! Dont order from them. Not worth it!

A dress was ordered from this site for my daughters prom which was on April 14th 2018 and when ordering this dress I was assured that the dress would be received in time for her SENIOR prom I stress the word SENIOR because that was the last one no take backs or do overs this was it the big one only thing left after that is wedding dress and after being told through numerous emails that we would have it and literally being told through said emails not to worry also due to the fact that I personally paid for extra shipping a total of 3 times no exaggeration and here it is April 18th and still no dress mind u the regular date for the dress to be here by was April 16th as in when looking at order says on or before April 16th?

Dress came in a bit too long, so I had to get it hemmed. But the overall quality of the dress is beautiful! Even the tailor was surprised to hear I ordered it online. The detail on the bodice is so pretty, and the material flows so nicely. I would seriously recommend getting this dress!
