I've been looking for the dress for a couple months now. Since I saw the picture of the dress online in January. It was a search to try and find it. I saw the dress on a Facebook add that brought me to this sight. It took me a while to place the order because I didn't know if I should trust this sight or not. But I gave it a try since it was on sale for a very low price. 240$ Canadian. It came in the exact day it said it would. And to my luck. The dress looks exactly like the picture. Same top same bottom. I was extremely happy with the result. And I will definitely buy more dresses on this sight
I like my prom dress very much, exactly like the picture. The color is very nice, I chose the color show as picture. The size I choose is custom size. It fits very well. The dress is longer than expected. But it does not matter, I wear high heels just right.
Got this dress for my daughters senior prom in the royal blue. We cut the timing close so we paid for the expedited shipping and it came 3 days earlier than expected! It fit her perfectly and she looked stunning!
Ordering anything online can be nerve wracking, especially if its for something as big as prom. I was extremely nervous about ordering the dress online because I was afraid that it would show up and be completely different! The customer service was on top of my order and tracking my dress was so easy. I got home to a package at my doorstep and it was my dress, Despite the nerves, I opened the package found that the dress was EXACTLY what the picture showed. I got my dress in the color grape with custom measurements. Although I did get custom measurements, the dress is a little longer than I wouldve liked but absolutely tolerable and easily fixable. One other thing was that the straps are a bit loose on me which I am also going to fix. Overall, I highly recommend this dress to anyone who likes it. Shipping was only one day later than I was told it was going to be. I cant wait to wear it to prom! Thank you, Hebeos! Definitely impressed me with the quality and organization of my order.
I ordered this dress for my little sisters prom and the color was Burgundy. It was a little too big in the boobs area, but everything else was perfect! It looks just like the picture. It does take a long time under tailoring, but it took 3days for the shipping. The dress also came in before time and Hebeos Customer Service kept me updated throughout the process. I am completely satisfied.

Beautiful dress-horrible fit-Style issue-not size issue. They demanded photos to prove dress didnt fit-so I guess it is a matter of opinion? The dress is a standard size-no special tailoring and unworn so can be sold again. I asked for at least 50% redund-they offered 10%- is this a joke!? Hebeos is disrespectful and fraudulent-do not be fooled by the beautiful photos and positive reviews-all FAKE!
Do not order from theses people. I ordered my daughter's prom dress it came 3 days before prom and it was not the same dress made very very poorly. I've been trying to get my money back and they are playing a lot of games. Back and forth emails going nowhere.
I ordered my daughter a dress and we still haven't received it. I didn't even ask for any special alterations. If you order anything you better hope you get it because there is no one you can speak to about it. All you get is a chat that is a machine talking and only knows about 4 words. This place is a rip off. Just like everyone else on here, I wish there was a negative rating because that's what they would get from me.
These dresses are horrible and look nothing like the photos delivery is a flop it arrived 3 days past the expected date. The quality is extremely poor if you don't want a PROM disaster go somewhere else.

Every bad review on here is exactly what I have experienced. No lie. This site may as well not have a return policy because they do not honor the one they have. I received a dress that was not what was shown on the site and when I asked for a refund I was told to have it tailored. They asked for pictures and asked personal questions about my 17 year old daughter. Seems more like a sex trafficking ring than a dress business. No address, no phone number... this is not a reputable business. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. You will be sorry if you don't. You may as well spend hundreds on cleaning rags. We were suckered into ordering a dress to get here by a certain date (paid extra for that). Well, it didn't show on time. Once it did show, it was not like what was shown on the website. I think a 5 year old sewed the sequence on the dress. The dress was ugly, didn't fit, and was late. As another person said, you can email until your blood pressure goes sky high and you will be screwed. STAY AWAY FROM HEBEOS! No Better Business Bureau in China!
SO I'VE BEEN IN CONTACTED WITH HEBOS FOR LIKE OVER 40 EMAILS NOW. THEY FLAT OUT REFUSE TO GIVE ME BACK ALL MY MONEY. Ordered two dresses for nieces who are my bridesmaids in my wedding. Ordered Feb 20th. SKU # PO16033PO799 I had previously ordered one of the dresses from amazon, so I knew what I was getting. I had hebos do a custom sizing, didn't think anything of it. Waited patiently for my dresses.
I received my dresses the other day, they're not even the same dresses, nothing on them is like what I ordered. They're so ugly. I emailed hebos telling them that they made a mistake, they don't care because the dresses had custom measurements. Told them I wanted a full refund, I spent 191.99 on these two dresses, my whole budget, they offered me 5% back. I told them no and they don't care. Even sent them pictures of what I was suppose to get and what I got, doesn't matter. They've stopped replying to my emails now.
DON'T BUY FROM THEM, THEY SEEM TO PICK A DRESS OUT AT RANDOM AND THINK THAT ITS FINE. THEY ARE A SCAM. HORRIBLE
This company is terrible! The dresses are not true to size or remotely close and trying to get in contact with these people is like finding a needle in the damn ocean! If I could give a zero rating, they surely would get it.
The dress was way too small, the stitching on one side was perfect and on the other side, looks like a drunk person sewed it together. My daughter and I contacted the company and they answered emails every 3 or 4 days. They asked my daughter to prove that the dress is too small, which she did by sending pictures. Then after another 4 days of waiting, they said no refund and no credit towards another purchase. Never, ever will we order from them again. And I will deter anyone else from buying from them too. Please refrain from spending your money at this company. Youre better off going somewhere reputable who stands behind their product.
I just found this review site and wish we had seen it before purchasing. Amazing that the first 7 or so reviews all gave a rating of 1. That would have been a sure sign to go elsewhere.

OK SO HAVEN'T WROTE ANYTHING FOR A WHILE SINCE 9/4/18 WE WERE ON 40 E-MAILS WHEN AGAIN THEY ASKED ME TO TAKE REVIEWS DOWN AND THEY WOULD REFUND ME IN FULL AND ONCE AGAIN I SAID NO YOU REFUND ME AS PROMISED FIRST. HENCE HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM THEM SO MUST JUST THINK I WILL GO AWAY QUIETLY WITH A SHABBY DRESS AND NO REFUND... WELL THEY ARE WRONG DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE DON'T FOLLOW WHAT THEY SAY IN TERMS AND CONDITIONS NO CONTACT NUMBER OR RETURN ADDRESS THEY ARE RAKING IN HONEST WORKING PEOPLES MONEY.
Ok so update since last post, Hebeos have just ignored my e-mails now. This situation is just so draining, I have told them it is not about the money, it's about customer rights and with this company you have none. So I have told them to stick the refund because there is no way they are ever going to give it to me any way. So I will just keep posting how bad this company is and hopefully people will not not purchase from them and they will loose money like I have... PLEASE BE VERY WARY OR THIS COMPANY.
Ok so update... after last week Hebeos replied to me on Fri 30/3 saying that I have damaged the reputation of their business and said if I took all bad reviews down they would give me a full refund and that would be the end of it, as it was only a minor fault, so I explained if it was just minor WHY didn't they resolve it weeks ago. They said they would give me their word that they would give a full refund. So I replied on the 30/3 saying no once the full refund was in my bank account I would delete all reviews. I had no reply from them so on Tues 2/4 I e-mailed them again asking for an update on the refund and low and behold they replied today saying my manager has said they will only give me a 15% refund so LIARERS. When my daughter is back of holiday on Friday I will get her to upload the pictures of the awful dress and copy and paste what the they said, which shows they are liarers. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Do not purchase from this website, their returns policy is a sham. They say they follow UK Laws... THEY DO NOT. I purchased a prom dress for my daughter for this June. It arrived on the 7th March and it was awful, was not in the material advertised, there were beads hanging off, the dress was black with beading around the neckline and down the back in silver. On the back of the dress should have been a nude stocking instead they had put a doubled pink netting that was sewn in white cotton. The netting went round to the front of the dress, which is not in the picture of the dress and to top it off there was a small split at the neck which had a hook and eye fastening... IT LOOKED AWFUL. The sleeves were baggy not tight fitting. I contacted them through the website as requested. They apologised and asked me to send photos which I did. They replied with could i take it too a local tailor to alter the dress and give me 5% off... WHAT A CHEEK. Obviously I declined as wanted a full refund, as I am entitled under UK returns policies... Which they say they adhere to in there Terms & Conditions Section 17 which is a lie, because 12 e-mails later they are now ignoring my trying to resolve the issue. It is now 21/3/17 and don't even have a returns address because they will not give me one. Also I had to pay £20 customs charge when it came into the UK, even though their web is advertised as a. co.uk website which I all ready paid P&P. So I am £150 out of pocket with a disgusting dress and will have to purchase another dress for my daughter as there is Know way this company is going to refund me. PLEASE BE VERY AWARE OF THIS WEBSITE. I read their terms and conditions thinking it all sounded ok, well I was wrong.
WATCH OUT FROM HEBEOS! I ordered this dress on 4/2/18 and the promised delivery date was 4/23/18 or earlier including 8-12 calendar days of tailoring and 5-8 calendar days of shipping. After ignoring my emails that I sent out on the 24th and 25th, It is now 4/29/18 and they casually emailed me this morning saying your dress is ready do you still want it? Well give you 10% discount and free shipping. First of all, I ordered three dresses so my order already qualifies for free shipping so I do not understand what free shipping theyre talking about. Secondly, I was supposed to send this to a different place two days ago so my event has basically passed before the dress is even tailored let alone shipped and delivered. Please do yourself a favor and go to a legitimate store for your purchases. I asked for a refund four days ago when they wouldnt even tell me what happened to the dress I paid for and I shouldve received few days ago but they still didnt refund me my money! They ignored all my emails when I asked for a contact number to their customer service representative! Also they dont disclose and address information! Watch out when you order from here!
