This dress is everything. It's so pretty,, i could've ask for everything better. It's everything i wanted and more. I recommend this dress for prom or any special occasion. You will feel so pretty in it.

I was promised a 2 week delivery it's been almost a month. I get no updates, They ship from India so you will be waiting forever. This was going to be my wedding dress I will mever shop here again and I hope they close down.

As frist, I think it isn't good frabic or look cheap. But, awwww so amazing, very pretty, every single thing on dress is fantasic.

I am a standard size and this dress purchased did NOT fit at all. Tags still on. Original packaging. I contacted customer service, I provided pictures of the dress showing that all tags in place and still in all original packaging- asking for a refund and return shipping label - I was told NO and that they would give a 10% discount for me to find an alterations person to help make the dress fit. Unacceptable policy and answer since it can't be altered. A company that can't stand behind product and even offer a refund or even a credit- something- is not a company to trust. FRUSTRATED! I hope this is a warning for others. Be cautious.

The zipper not straight on the tank top. The lace dress could hardly go over her head and not up her legs. The jacket material is not as shown in the picture which creates too much pleating and the arms are too tight. Hope I can get a refund. Really bad product!

Hebos customer service is a joke. They only communicate via email and each time you email, you get a new person to deal with. They do NOT customize and make a dress for YOU. I received a dress that was 3 sizes bigger than we ordered, trying to return it is a NIGHTMARE. I have been offered 10%, 30% and 80% refunds when I have returned 100% of the dress and paid for shipping both ways. Please pause and read all of the other unsatisfied customer reviews before purchasing from Hebos. They will hold your money hostage and returns are a nightmare!

Ordering was quick and easy on their website. We entered custom measurements. Dress was completed on time (shipping delay of 10 days but we ordered early). Fits beautifully and well made.

I ordered a dress from heroes last month that dress posted as new on the website. When I received the dress it's completely different from the dress that I ordered. Color isn't the same, I request no trail it come with trail and the design isn't the same as the picture. I was so mad then I contacted the customer service the name is Cheri. Sent me an email telling me the dress is the same color they not gonna give my money back. I sent picture of the dress like they asked and the original picture of the dress when I purchased it. After I emailed them I went back to look on the website they removed the original picture they have the same dress they sent me posted it as new on the website so it matches the dress that I ordered. Heboes is a scam not a good company to trust to order from.
I cannot believe what they did. Stay away from this website please.
