If I could give it 0 stars I would. This dress came and looks NOTHING like the picture. What was shown to have a classy, shabby chic feel looks like a trashy pageant dress in real life. They will not accept a return. Buyer beware, these sellers are out to take your money and send you garbage.
My daughter fell in love with this dress. I was reluctant to order online as she can be difficult to fit (return policy is 7 days). The dress was delivered quickly, looked exactly as pictured (maybe prettier) and fit her beautifully (size 12, her usual size). The straps are a bit too long and bottom will need hemming, but this is true with most dresses of this nature. Alterations will add to cost, but will not be excessive as with some others she tried on at prom shops we visited. Very happy!
BEAUTIFUL! I'm so very impressed with this dress for my daughter. She loved it! I highly recommend. It does run a little long so expect to slightly pick up the front to walk upstairs. But it still worked out fine.

Customer service is worthless. Daughter ordered off white they sent peach. I told them my daughter was in tears. They didn't care Customer service rep said, "Thanks for your mail but the dress received looks really nice and it is the same color as the model wears in real life Regards sandra." So in other words too bad so sad. Now I can't get customer service to respond. Do not do business with this company.
We ordered a custom prom dress and the cheap costume that arrived immediately made my daughter cry. It was horrendous with regards to the material quality and two-tone color. Nothing like the picture. I immediately contacted them and they refused to accept accountability. They offered me a 10% credit repeatedly. Horribly disappointed and feel robbed. Total bait & switch! From the time I placed the order hebeos was absolutely so great to work with on measurements. They made me feel at ease so much. The dress came today. It exactly as it looks online if not more beautiful. I cannot say enough good things about them and the dress. It came way earlier than I thought. We bought the Royal Blue color and its true to color. Sizing is perfect. If you're not sure whether to buy from hebeos do not worry they made this experience a great one. After looking at dresses in the stores and not finding anything like this we placed the order. Id give 10 stars if I could

We paid for the expedited shipping but it arrived 2 days late. Description did not include that the top of the dress is pure lace with saucers to cover her nipples. What a joke! We sent her measurements as we wouldn't have time for alterations but it does not fit her right anyway. Waste of money all around. Zero response from emailing "customer service". Keep shopping!
I ordered a white underskirt, in my size, and I recieved a black one that would fit a toddler. After 5 days of trying to return the item and get what I ordered, they offered me 15% refund. Like, excuse me?
I argued some more and they offered 30% refund. Again, not good enough. Be careful with these guys. They'll screw you or if they mess up your order. I am beyond choked. It was for my wedding and now I have to scramble to find an underskirt elsewhere.

I'm a plus size woman with body image problems and a body shape that is not typical. Fear of shopping for a wedding dress was literally the reason I almost didn't want to get married. Hebeos was so incredible with handling my custom measurements without making me feel uncomfortable in any way. The dress came a day earlier than the shipping timeframe. Y'all when I tried on the dress it was absolutely stunning. It was comfortable and fitted in all the right places! Definitely recommending to friends
The quality / colour of the dress differed from the photo, although my daughter liked it. Returns is probably a lot more difficult as these dresses are made to order. Please be aware that you will be liable for VAT/Duty although you pay postage and package. I have just received an invoice from TNT for £34.01. I will never purchase from this website again
Don't order from Hebeos. It is nothing but a Chinese scam site. We made that mistake and were told that the prom dress would ship within a week. We got that e-mail on 04/07/2018. DHL received a notification for delivery, but as of today 05/20/2018 DHL still has not received the dress for shipment. You will notice any communication with them will be from "Jay" or "Flora" but if you look at the way the communication is worded it is clearly written by a Chinese person trying to sound American. Save your money and goes else where.
We have never ordered a dress like this online, and were very nervous, considering what we normally have to pay for formal dresses, but we could not have been more pleased! The embroidery and beading were very nice. We did take out the front panel along the neckline, which I think gives the dress a more elegant look. The shoulder straps were too loose with her shorter torso, but I easily took them up at the seams by just folding them over once and making simple hand stitches. I would most definitely recommend this site.
We ordered a dress in 2 sizes for my daughter's prom. There's nothing wrong with the dresses. She just doesn't like them and they're not flattering on her. I'm being told that I cannot return them, which is ridiculous. Why would I spend $100's of dresses online if I didn't think I could return them if she didn't like them? If I don't receive return/refund instructions by tomorrow morning, I'll be writing lots of negative reviews and comments on every Facebook add I see.
This site is not like the others where their return policy is streamlined and built to establish return customers. Not being pleased with the product is not enough, so don't purchase if you are looking for options and definitely do not buy more than one dress.
Telling a customer to provide a report and photographs only to conclude that they keep the TWO wedding dress and just get them tailored is poor customer service.

The dress is made of quality and packaging is professional. You can feel the weight on it. It fits my body shape well. The quality and fit were so nice I did order 6 more different dresses from this brand. Like with any folded shipping product you will have to iron or dry clean before wear if you don't want to look wrinkled. I would say it fits true to size and all the previous reviews were really helpful.
Dress ordered based on my actual measurements and their sizing chart. Dress received was way too big needing alterations. Appointment made with seamstress only to learn the hem needed fixed-completely uneven, in addition to other needs. Cost was double the original price of the dress. Attempted to return only to learn 'it was past the 14day return date.' Very disappointing, I'd caution anyone buying.
Never have I experienced such a run around when trying to return an item. The dress I ordered was too big and I am going through hoops to get a return label and a refund. They want pictures, my measurements, etc. Ridiculous! The point is, it's too big and I need to return it. I ordered the same dress twice. One in a preset size but I chose a size that was far too large. But I loved the dress so much that I ordered it again in a custom size. It fit beautifully. Also I'd like to comment on the built in bra. I'm DDD so I almost always am wary of any built in bra being able to properly support my chest. After trying on this dress, I'm seriously considering just going bra less and using some fashion tape! I was dreading trying to find a backless bra that would work for me so I am so excited about this
