I have looked multiple times on this site and I finally picked my wedding dress. I was so excited but when I got it, it's yellow. Like pee stained yellow. Not at all like the photo. So I asked for a return. They said thanks but that is so it will match your skin. IM NOT YELLOW. The fabric is so thick you can't even see my skin. I can't wear this. Also no refund.

I would've rather waited for a dress made more carefully than receive a dress in half the time but made haphazardly.

The dress didn't even resembled the picture they had on their site. Front slit in leg area opened to my crotch, couldn't even zip the back. Brought it to a seamstress to see if is could be fixed, she said there was no fabric to even try to work with. Customer service was a joke. All email, no phone numbers. Many emails back and forth, sent pictures. Every time I emailed it was responded to by someone different who all tried to say that the website said "Standard size dresses don't fit well and always need to be altered"! Why would I buy something that says it won't fit. I scanned the website for those words because many who responded to me used the same verbiage, surprise... nothing!

Long story short I was super excited about this website because I noticed they also did returns. Well when I got my dress it was definitely undersized and I tried to return or swap for a different size - mind you I bought it standard size for this reason. Well my fault are not looking at the entire return policy first but this company is a scam they'll only fully reimburse you if the color is wrong any other reason they will not they tell you to go find alterations on your own. The customer service is also unfriendly, unprofessional, and quite frankly disturbing. I will never buy from this site again and I suggest you find a site that is better quality for a better price and a better customer service team, not this Canadian trash
I ordered a dress for my friends wedding and I personally felt that the material was low quality and I did not like the way the dress looked on me. Hebeos makes you jump through hoops to simply return an unused item! I could not believe how difficult this process was, especially for a company that is not well known. Customer service is a main key to gaining loyal customers and they scored a 0 with customer service.
Made an order on 3/20 paid extra for a faster delivery for 4/4... was sent an email saying that the dress will not be here by the 4th they need more time! Really it sounds like you need to just send me my money back and keep your dress... Another email saying please just wait you will get it. My daughter and I ordered a prom dress... close to $200. I'm a single mom, so this is a lot of money! She gave exact sizing information. The dress came and the top was completely different than the picture; the bottom didn't fit. Within a few hours of receiving it we emailed the company. 6 emails later and no response from anyone! There is no "live" customer service as the site states, there's is no phone number and no one is responding to our $200 complete mess-up on their behalf. Not sure how I will afford another dress for her senior prom. This mom and daughter are very angry and this company needs to be reported!

Your site does not provide enough information regarding color options for dresses. I needed to visually see what I was ordering. More photos of the dresses from all angles in more colors would be nice
Tina is the most horrible customer service representative I have ever ever contacted in my life. She made me feel like I did something wrong by ordering the address it did not come as it's shown in the pictures I wanted a full refund and she discussed that she could only give me 15% of my money, I felt misled ripped off. I will never ever order anything from this company again and I suggest you don't either.
Purchased a dress for my daughter when I received it it was not as pictured and was way too big (went off their size chart) and there was a defect in the fabric. I contacted them the next day asking to return they asked for pictures I sent them got an email saying they would refund 5% which is $2.50. I refused quoted their return policy and that I filled exactly what it said but got an offer for 10% then 15 then 25 currently at 30%. Do not buy from them it says its a UK company but billing only the dress came straight from Hong Kong so buyer beware I was lay told to take it for alterations what they are offering to refund would not even cover them and a seamstress said the material underneath is damage cant fix.
This is the worst company. Customer service is so obstructive, ridiculous and extremely obstinate. Has a ludicrous policy bearing in mind you are buying at a distance, totally, totally inflexible, if you want to return or even exchange an item. Customer service representative when they do respond seem to think that the policy is written in stone and has no sense of customer satisfaction once they have pocketed your money. I cannot in all good conscience recommend this company to friends or foes. If I could give a minus five I would. I had looked at previous reviews and felt for it, makes me now question if the reviews were genuine.

She told me most os their dresses are tailored to sizes and alterations are need so she will not honor my request for a return. So after spending over $150. I must pay for alterations my entire back is out missing 7inches. My husband said no way you are sending t pic of you behind out and that was not mention when I bought the dress. Please beware if you are buying from them.
My order was perfect. Shipping was super fast (DHL); i ordered and got it 15 days later. Customer service were helpful in my experience. Well packaged; material and quality of my prom dress exceeded my expectations.
Was a bit long though, even though i used custom size (that being said im 5'2 lol). Would recommend getting custom size because you don't have to pay extra. Stunning dress overall.

My dress was poorly made from cheap fabric, it smelled fishy and didn't fit properly. There was a side slit that went well above the hip that would definitely expose you. The color was supposed to be rose/blush pink and it was way off. Threads coming out of the seams. $180 for absolutely unwearable garbage. They do NOT honor their 14 day return policy and will try to negotiate with you to keep your money. When you do get them to agree to return it YOU have to pay return shipping which is $300! So you'll end up losing the price of the dress and pay more out of pocket. They know this and It's not worth the risk. Absolutely a SCAM! Do not buy from Hebeos. Zero stars!
