Fit was incredibly bad - armholes were child-sized, waistline started at the chest, so short my private parts were completely public. So far, they are refusing to accept a return because "it's the size I ordered". Actually, I measured carefully per their size chart then ordered one size larger. Quality of fabric is horrible. Overall, this gets a hard pass. Beware if you want to to order anything.
My dress had two different size cups for the breasts that were sewn in at two different heights. I am very disappointed with my order. Also only getting a 35$ refund since y'all won't take it back and send me a new one.

They don't believe in refunds and returns. They clearly sent me the wrong color (dark green as I chose) I asked to return, they gave me the run around. They will not give you any money back. I paid $200 for a dress that's nowhere near worth the pricing. I'm pretty positive they're going out of business soon, due to fraudulently activity without allowing returns on items. Also, they lie. They don't do reviews at all and reposted with saying so in the photos below.

I had issues purchasing my dress, the credit/debit option was not working for me no matter which one of my cards I attempted to use. Ended up having to use a friends PayPal account to purchase. I did reach out to customer service who did not seem concerned or apologetic for the inconvenience I was experiencing. Their response was very short. I'm truly not one to complain but I would expect better communication from a site like this. My dress is beautiful and so soft; however it is a bit too big in the breast area for me and a few other women in the bridal party who purchased this dress have the same issue. I will probably need to get that part altered.

Ordered a dress and it finally came... so disappointed... workmanship was very shoddy and when I complained they wanted photos. These were sent showing bad beading with it falling off etc. what do I get back... a suggestion to find a good tailor and 10% of the purchase price. I have been quoted more than the dress was worth to fix their rubbish. Would not put your trust in this company... Sweat shop somewhere in asia... they rip of their employees as well as their customers..
I had absolutely no issue ordering on Hebeos. Lowest Price! And even better that they don't charge taxes or shipping. I don't regret purchasing my beautiful prom dress. It fit perfectly. I would definitely order again

Easy to order and did come in a timely manner. You do get exactly what you pay for. The top is one layer of rough lace and see through with round beige pads that show through. Sizes run small apparently I ordered a size 10 thinking if anything I'd have it taken in but it fits like a small 8. Can't return it for not ordering the wrong size (should've read the return policy before ordering) The dress isn't made to be comfortable at all. No stretch or give in the top portion. Was very disappointed but what can you really expect for under $200? I got what I paid for.
Ordered this for my daughter's junior prom. Had to have special instructions as she is between the sizes. They did a wonderful job on it and we received it right on time when they said. Although they say they have a return policy, they really do not. How can a strictly online company expect not to take returns?!? Their customer service is non existent! I emailed them requesting a rewritten; however, they were reluctant and didn't believe that my return was valid. Other than trying it on, I have it in the original packaging. I'm happy to ship back to China, but they won't accept the return. Extremely frustrated as the dress was not as pictured and the straps are not as sturdy for such a heavy dress. Just warning everyone, Hebeos may be inexpensive, but please purchase with caution! I will NEVER purchase from them again.
Don't waste your money. Pictures are misleading and they don't do returns in fact I emailed about color wasnt what it was advertised the champagne is way closer to white. They replied with you should sell it local. Sizing is very small.
From beginning to end they did very well with communication. I just wish they had a customer service number instead of waiting around for an email. Once I told them I'd need my dress back by a certain day they expedited it and I received it as promised. Good job guys
