We ordered a couple of bridesmaid dresses and when we received them they were not what we expected. We contacted them and asked them to return and/or exchange the dresses. First they said we would have to buy the new dresses first and then the ones we already had could be shipped back because of the timeframe. We would have to pay the shipping plus they would charge a restocking fee. When we asked for the return address they gave us the runaround for multiple days until we weren't nice anymore. They ask for items to be returned within 14 days. Shipping is going to cost us $80.00 US. When I went to the post office, customer service informed me that it takes up to 30 days for them to receive the package (past the 14 day deadline) and even with a tracking number they are not required to sign and scan, so they will say they never received the package and you won't see that they have gotten it. So you will end up loosing the shipping money plus the dress money. And that's how they get you. You can't get your money back and you're stuck with a product that you don't want.

Do not order from them I spent money on wedding dress that the return policy said I can return but I'm told I can't return it the customer service people take forever to respond back to you the chat people ignore you when they say can I help you it was take pictures take pictures I'm telling you I do not want the 18 the. They tell me I gotta return it and pay a restocking fee but they decided to upgraded the return policy when I called them out on it I spent lots of money thinking I was gonna return with hassle and that's all I'm getting and now I'm stuck with a bunch of dresses I can't return to get my money back.
Horrible customer service. I order two dresses for my daughter's wedding (hoping to like one of them). I ended up not liking either and within their return policy I emailed wanting to know how I return them. This process to 5 days to get an answer. They told me to keep them and sell them here in the USA, that I'd get more money for them! I returned them, and have yet to see my money back...
I'm am so sick over this. Never again... people don't buy from this website!

I was lost seeking Bouquets for my Bridesmaid along with my Maid of Honor. I took a chance and went onto the Hebeos app and yes, my color and exactly what I was looking for was found. When in doubt, download Hebeo's. They have everthing.
Five Swatches arrived, but after I paid you $50 for postage & handling (WAY OVERPRICED)~ I had to pay $4.65 for postage due because postmaster said the shipping label was a forgery.
I was praying that this dress was as seen and that the fabric and material was of good quality and im amazed with this yes i love it my daughter look beautiful in it.

I ordered my wedding dress from this company. They sent it to me but wrong size. They refused to give me a refunded. The dress was not customized. I had to stay consistent with my refused, eventually they said ok to the refused but I was responsible for send it back! Shipping cost was 89.60 to return the dress. By all means go into a bridal shop because this place is ridiculously! Bridal nightmare@
I received my order and it did not fit. There is no contact phone number for support. I communicated via mail to request a return anf refund. I still have not received a response. Will not be ordering from this company again.
Measurements were correct for 2 dresses and allowed wiggle room-it was like a size 10 for 18w. Unable to return as stepmom of bride!

I ordered two wedding dresses from this company one was fine, the other not so much. I reached out to the company with side by side pics of what I ordered vs wht i received. They offered me 10% off a new dress. Wow. I responded that was insulating and they upped it to 20%. I can't help but laugh or I will cry.
The sewing is bad and the front chest area is bad. I hate it!
