Very cute products, customer service slightly difficult

I just received this item and I am having trouble with size! May have to return. Waiting to see if someone can alter in time for event. If not requesting to return

We found the perfect dress from Hebeos, but we were in a time crunch, so we ordered 2 dresses. I looked at the return policy and it seemed simple, but it has not been an easy process. It's been several emails back and forth with extra steps. Definitely not been an a hassle free process. They still haven't sent me the return label.

The dresses did get here pretty quickly and we are happy with the first dress. I hate to right a bad review, but if the return had been easy I could have written an excellent review.

Filters on the site work great. I was able to find something that I like very quickly. I also love that all items come in many colors.

The dress was everything I expected it to be and it fit perfectly to size. I love when I purchase a product and it arrives just as you expected it to.

So disappointed to find out after placing this order that PayPal confirmation shows Chinese symbols. Hate supporting a communist country! Please state when MADE IN CHINA"?

Dress has a lining. Didn't know that from the picture.

Easy to order and did come in a timely manner. You do get exactly what you pay for. The top is one layer of rough lace and see through with round beige pads that show through. Sizes run small apparently I ordered a size 10 thinking if anything I'd have it taken in but it fits like a small 8. Can't return it for not ordering the wrong size (should've read the return policy before ordering) The dress isn't made to be comfortable at all. No stretch or give in the top portion. Was very disappointed but what can you really expect for under $200? I got what I paid for.

The dress arrived ripped in the bag during shipping

Pros are that the dress is very beautiful and very well made. The dress is made of good quality material. My only complaint is that the dress was packaged and folded in a very small plastic bag so the dress was so wrinkled that I will need to have it dry cleaned to get those wrinkles out. Also there was quite a bit of glitter falling off the dress while trying it on. I'm hoping after getting the dress dry cleaned it will be as described on their website.

I was disappointed at the quality of the dress. It didn't look as nice as it did when I saw it online.

I ordered the pink dress on the website, which when clicked showed a beautiful light blush color. I received a cotton candy pink dress. Trying to get a refund has been an absolute nightmare. The company refuses to return my dress and won't give me my money back. Do not believe their return policy because it's a lie and I now have to do a dispute with my credit card company. It you were thinking of purchasing a dress from here, I would warn you not to. Worst customer service I've ever received in my life.

I heard about Hebeos thru my co worker and she loved her wedding dress. I personally was scared because I don't own any dresses at all and going thru all the wedding dresses a little overwhelming. But I got thru it and found the one I'm very excited with my choice of dress. It's gorgeous, light simple and easy flow. Thank you to the ladies for responding back to me with questions that I had but all on all I give this company 10 stars. I'm excited to say I'm going to be a beautiful Bride.

My bouquet is absolutely breath taking, one of the most beautiful bouquet I have ever seen.

I definitely sized up and shouldn't have. I looked at the measurements and still thought to size up but I'll swap with my cousin since hers is too small or I'll hem this one.

I ordered this dress a while ago for a party but it kept getting delayed and came 3 AFTER the event was over. It's not worth waiting this dress, it was very bad quality and not what I was expecting
