Wedding dress arrived damaged, the stitching on the belt had come off and there was a black stain on the dress. Belt that I ordered in white arrived in cream. I emailed customer service and they offered me a 10% refund. I complained further they then offered me 25% I complained again and they said they would only off me 40% after saying I would be contacting my lawyer they then said they would off me 100% refund however I have to send the dress back which would cost me over £40.00 in postage so I would only be getting a 40% refund. This email exchange room about 2 weeks when they should of solved the matter straight away I have had to put a claim through my bank and with my lawyer. Disgusting and rude service when you receive a damaged item and incorrect item they wanted to do very little to solve it.

We were a bit apprehensive after reading both good and bad reviews but decided to order. Although we received no update after placing order, suddenly after a few weeks had a posted notification. We were half afraid to open the parcel when it arrived but no, the dress looks amazing. So glad we went for the next size up after measuring, fits perfect.

I ordered a wedding dress from Hebeos as I wanted to try a few styles before choosing. I checked their returns policy which seems simple enough, they even promote their excellent customer service and easy return policy. I had no reason to suspect it would be otherwise. The dress came and was fine but it wasn't the style I wanted so I contacted customer service for a return. They asked for photos of what was wrong with the dress. I explained that nothing was wrong, I just didn't like the style and wanted a return. They insisted I send photos which I did and was then informed the dress fitted well and, "please will you keep it?"
I said no, I want a return. I was then offered 5% of the cost as "compensation" and the utterly ridiculous request of, "please will you keep it?" was repeated.
I'm actually flabbergasted at the level of customer service and the fact that I am having to enter into a full negotiation/fight with this company to return a wedding dress I simply do not want to wear on my wedding day.
So basically do not order from Hebeos. They will steal your money.
I've bought 2 wedding dresses with the intention of picking one and returning the other. The dresses were terrible and they won't give me the returns address. It says 14 day no quibble returns. The obviously know the stock is poor so they break the law by not upholding the 14 day returns policy.
