The dress arrived and the detail is totally different to the picture, the picture shows silver Glittery detail to sleeves it arrived with white lace and pearl sleeves. Also the sizing is much smaller than stated on website, li measured it against the measurements on the website and they were totally different measurements
I was contacted by a tailor to confirm my measurements were correct. In actual fact, they were correct but I appreciate the extra attention.
Haven't had any update as to when my order is arriving and customer service weren't very helpful. I still have no idea when my dress is being delivered as they failed to tell me. I was just instructed to be patient (been waiting since 25th jan with no update)
I purchased a dress in a standard size 8, to try on and it didn't fit how i wanted it too. I then contacted customer service about a return and they will not allow me to return it as they are claiming it is custom made when no measurements were asked or taken.
The swatches I ordered haven't even arrived still waiting so how long would I end up waiting if I actually order the dress
