I ordered two dog beds over a month ago and nothing showed up. They stole $201 from me. Terrible company. I've sent three emails & no one is responding. There's no phone number to contact them only an email. Do not order from them. I'll be turning them into the better business bureau

I'm very frustrated with this company. I ordered a "free" mask back at the beginning of October (3rd) 2019. Never received tracking info, repeatedly tried to contact them. Paid $9.47 shipping but did not get a response back. Never received item. Been emailing since and no response!

Since ordering 3 items on the 29 October 2019, i still have yet to receive the order placed and its the 15 January 2020.

I would stay away form this online store as wishes are not fulfilled and money is stolen.

I have done different shopping online but sheheaven was the my worst experience.
Delivered too late and one of the items didn't arrived.
I sent different mails, but after almost four months they still didn't replace my money.

I put in an order for a free dog bed only had to pay shipping $9.90 that was Sept 23,2019 I have emailed them so many times I got one response said they were looking for a new supplier that was in November so I still have not gotten the dog bed or a reply from my emails I see their Lexington office is shut down
Please never order from them it's a scam

Like others on here had confirmation of order money gone out of bank but no goods. The email address dose not exist. I'm am fuming as a pensioner I like lots of others can't afford to lose money by dirty rotten scammers.

Not a legit site do not buy anything.
They get payment but no items to give.
Damn facebook, is there no checking of legit stores

I purchased a sun shade for the beach. Same exact dates as everyone else is saying. The emails just keep saying that it's a popular item and is on back order. Well now the email replies have stopped and I'm starting an investigation with my bank.

I have ordered some light up shoes on here back in July 2019. It's now the end of October and still have not received anything. Do NOT order from here. I found them from an ad on Facebook. Be careful and do your research first! Plus they never respond to any emails.

Purchased 2 beds for my dogs but ended up no goods received nor response/update
& end up the website is totally gone.

Also, pls be aware that there is similar website called "Evoke Fashion Store"
Should be the same as the website designs are exactly the same & offering "free fluffy bed" and also few more websites that does the same. Dont get tricked!

Completely fictional. Free Dog bed was too good to be true. Serves me right(!) Their website, order page and email is no longer live. They've made money out of postage from hundreds of us via Facebook ads

These scammers took my money immediately and I never received the pet bed. It's been over a month. I have sent 3 emails with no response back. Thinking positive the credit union will reverse the charge. Dumb of me for not doing my research prior to submitting a payment. Thankfully it was only $25.00 but could have been much more. Lesson learned.

I ordered shoes and have sent several emails. Received replies to 2 of them stating they were having problems with supplier. Now they disappeared off Facebook and there goes my $$$.

Definitely a scam. I only lost $10 but, even if they were legitimate, they have this tricky refund policy that states no refund after 7 days or on shipping fees.

Is anyone actually able to contact them? I'd like to at least cancel/ close the order so its not sitting there?

I ordered 2 pairs of trainers back in August and guess what! Nothing! Money gone from my account and no shoes. I contact customer support on several occasions requesting a full refund to be fobbed off with "we're currently experiencing problems with our suppliers, please be patient" They don't listen and I'm out of pocket. Avoid at all costs

I'd give them no stars if it was an option. Ordered two beds and a step at the beginning of June and am yet to receive the products. No communication has been received. I would stay away from them as you'll just lose your money.
