Never received items never answered any of my emails. Filed charges with credit card. They claimed they would contact me when order was shipped within 2-4 business days of transaction but never received any communication beyond the purchase text.

They offered free give out of pet beds as a promotion and charged 10 dollars for shipment. I decided that it was not a big risk and decided to try. Needless to say there is no bed and no responses for email.

I ordered my ring in May. It did show a different company name then. But when I check my order confirmation it shows Heaven Fashion and the order number. But now they say they have only been in business since August and have no record of that order and therefore they can not do anything about it.

Like everyone else, paid from a product that was not received and now am not getting any replies from them via email.

If there was a zero * rating I would have chosen that - don´t waste your time and definitely not your money here!

Ordered a cat bed almost 2 months ago, still haven't received it. Responded to only 1 of my emails 2 weeks later stating it was in the que and would sent me an email when it ships... still haven't received email stating it shipped. It's been over 2 months. I asked for a refund and still no response. I learned my lesson for sure.

I think we should file a class action lawsuit. I ordered shoes well over a month ago and havent gotten anything. They never answer you back when you try contacting them. They are thieves and should be prosecuted.

I ordered something from this website 3 months ago and still have not received my goods and they wont reply to any of my emails. I would rate them maybe 1 star but can't do that as far as I'm concerned they have taken my money and ignored me. I do not recommend this website they are as dodgy as hell.

I ordered form Paradise Fashion, and I usually check before but I didn't this time and they got me. $10 for puppy stairs, no website or anything now. Always check for reviews on sitejabber before you purchase

This is a scam I order a dog bed for shipping charges only, money came out of my account but no dog bed. I ordered it on June 18th and just tonight sent a 6th email with no response, but they say they answer in 24 hours, just false advertisers. I did see the site on Facebook and I have learned my lesson don't buy from anything from Facebook!

Ordered a couple of items May 5 in which I have received nothing. Contacted over 35 times. They responded a couple of times saying they were getting a new shipping partner then stopped answering. I paid and got scammed. Please post to more sites and share with friends

I ordered pet stairs from this company. They charged my card and that was the last I heard from them. I emailed them 30 days later and the reply was they were having trouble filling all the orders and were looking for another distributor. Another email later, no response, no credit to my card so I just disputed the charge. Terrible business.

I placed an order on May 4th of 2019. They certainly took my money but never sent my order. The only contact is when I repeatedly ask where my item is... back ordered is all I get. I have requested an immediate refund. Doubt I'll ever see it. Just a bunch of theives.

I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau after reading these comments. I also was hooked in with the Pet Stairs! Took my money and delivered nothing. They have not replied to my emails either. Such a Shame! You can report them at:

Truly wish I had seen these reviews & avoided my nightmare! I placed a small order (thankfully) in mid-May 2019, and it's now July... no order... no tracking... no communication... and of course, no refund. Do I feel like a dope.

I ordered a sale item off a Facebook ad & never received it! They also NEVER responded to my emails. I have learned a lesson! Sadly it cost me money. This review site forces us to put at least one star or I would never have put one.
