5 month battle to get my items and after all that, they've confirmed refund has been put through but nothing has in actual fact. They then blocked me on social media and there is now no way to even get my money back. A company' clearly run by savages who won't even know what hit them when Karma eventually knocks on the door. F**k you is all I can say.

Just reading reviews from other people who have been ripped off by this company, how are they able to continue after so many disgruntled customers have lost money. Do we not have among our thousands of government departments one that is capable of chasing down people like this and put them out of business. Buyers unit make sure these such businesses are stamped on like the vermin they are.

Bought a translator device a few months ago, got a confirmation number and email saying that it would be shipped shortly. No further notifications. I emailed customer service, they responded saying they were sorry and would look into it. Never heard back again. Now the website is shut down so... waste of my money. At least it was only $10 but still, I hope they choke on it.

I got some things not all.
And now I can reach them.
On Facebook and they don't answer my emails.
What shall I do.

June 6,2019 I ordered pet bed, free, just pay shipping. It's now two months and have received no reply to my emails, and never received the bed. Wish I had checked this, or a similar, site before falling for their scam.

I ordered this dog bed in May and it still has not arrived. I emailed them but my server cannot find this store. Scam. Stay away. It sounded good. Just pay shipping. Should have known too good to be true.

I Ordered led shoes from an ad on facebook. Never received them. Contacted 3 sites mentioned on site or confirmation of payment. All 3 said they had no record of order. Complete scam

I was charged for and never received the bed for my dog. Seems there should be some way to do something legally since no one received their merchandise. I found them on an advertisement on Facebook. Beyond ANNOYED!

I ordered two of those crystal water bottles and never got my order, and the page NEVER updates on where it's at or if it's coming. It's been about 4 months now with no response to my several emails. I'm so disappointed and upset! I spent $20 and have nothing to show for it. There is no phone number to contact them. I just cannot believe I was stupid enough to fall for the "company" of spirit fashion.

Never got my product. Good thing I only paid $12 but still it pissed me off. They used to be called Spirit Fashion and now it's called Heaven Fashion World. Don't order from them... you will never get your product and you'll lose your money guaranteed!

I followed a Facebook ad to their website for a special on a translator. I bought one, and they still haven't sent it over 6 weeks later. Their customer support claims troubles with the manufacturer, but they won't refund my money either.

I placed 2 orders back in April and was charged for them. After 5 weeks I emailed and was told, "We've been a bit backed up on orders because of very high demand, we are having issues with supplier and we are currently changing the supplier".
I have emailed multiple times since then but have not been given any updates. I asked for a refund today, we'll see what happens.

It's a scam. They take your money and never send you anything. They ignore emails.
I've contacted my bank for a clawback and put apple on alert about their fraudulent activity using Apple Pay. I have also reported it to Instagram and Facebook. Enjoy my $13 you dirty thieves.

Charge made on my credit card, but I have no idea what it is for, and I do not recognize the name of the company. It is apparent by all the negative reviews on this site that they should be shut down. I never order anything from a Facebook location, but for those who have, I would think Facebook should take heed and remove their page. They are obviously frauds and taking advantage of people.

There was a promotional "free" small bed for a tiny dog or cat that I ordered in June. Only charge was 9.50 dollars for shipping. I've been trying to contact this company in the past month, but they won't respond. I believe this was a scam and was looking to collect credit card numbers. Beware of this company, just collecting credit card numbers for id. I will definitely take action and double my security against these crooks.

Went searching as I still have not received the dog bed I ordered back in June. I had ordered via a Facebook ad. I emailed several times, as others experienced I was told they apologize the bed was back ordered but my order was on line and would be delivered. Today I noticed the site that showed my order was no longer loading.

I ordered to purge mask for my boys for Halloween a month ago. I made sure to order plenty of time because I live in Canada and sometimes it takes a month to get orders. I've contacted them several times with no answer. Now we're like a week before Halloween and my boys are sad because they don't have their masks and I'm out almost $30.
