About 7-8 months ago I realize they've charged me for a membership that I never signed up for so I cancelled it and then change my credit card number but apparently they found a new credit card number typed it in manually and charge me again about $45 for nothing some kind of renewal which I never signed up for so beware watch out check your credit card statements once you deal with this company
Great Company, Great Merchandise & shipped soon as can be expected. No problem, and if any they are on top of it making to correct it.
I RECEIVED A CATOLOG AND I COULDN'T BELIEVE THE PRODUCTS THEY HAVE AND THE PRICES. SOME OF THE ITEMS THEY SELL YOU CAN'T FIND ANYWHERE ELSE. THE REPRESENTITIVE WAS SO NICE AND HELPFUL. SHE MENTIONED THAT IF I JOIN THE VALUE CLUB I CAN SAVE EVEN MORE. I DID JOIN THE CLUB AND HAVE ALREADY PLACED 3 ORDERS AND SAVE MORE THEN THE CLUB COST. THE MEMBERSHIP IS GOOD FOR A YEAR AND I HAVE MANY MORE ORDERS TO PLACE AND I LOVE THE SAVINGS.
SERIOUSLY THINK ABOUT JOINING THE CLUB. THIS COMPANY IS AWESOME!

I recommend buying coins as a Value Club member to save 20% off of your initial investment. Then, further purchases over the course of the year are at 10% savings. Combining this with a sale could offer you an additional 10% off of your total order. I am very satisfied with Heartland America for offering sales as I discussed.
I order the pet parade pet steps on Nov 23rd. Got email on Nov 26th and 27th saying it was shipped. Both emails had different tracking numbers. Called on Dec 4th asking where it was and the lady I spoke with said I should get it by Monday Dec 10th at the latest. It was delivered today, Dec 6th, after contacting their shipping partner, Newgistics, cause it had been sitting 2 hours North of me since Nov 30th. Newgistics transferred my order last night to USPS.
I initially made a purchase of merchandise on July 2nd. I returned that same merchandice on July 18th because it it arrived damaged. I was recently told that Heartland America received that damaged merchandise on August 24th and that it would take another 2 weeks to process my refund. This is going on 2 months and I still have not received my refund. The customer service is horrible, this company's handling of refunds and exchanges are horrible and I suggest if anyone reads this to run away!

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced after my call was answered after 45 minutes they disconnected me and then I tried to unsubscribe from their mailing list and it wouldn't let me this company is an insult to be called AMERICA

Return items and the supervisors do not return your repeated E-Mails nor do they call you back. Unethical business dealings! Hence, Rep tells you to call the manufacture, you have a hard time getting through to them so I had called back to Heartlandamerica.com and REP states that it is "OUT OF THEIR HANDS"! GIVES YOU AN E-MAIL TO CONNECT WITH A SUPERVISOR AND I receive NO Reply?

I purchased an item from the website and to my surprise I get and email from a representative telling me that if I subscribe to the "FREE GROUND SHIPPING" called "ELITE GOLD" FOR $19.99/6mo. That I would receive a credit for $8.99 and $5 coupon on the next order. On my next order surprise! I'm told I missed out on the 20% because I didn't SUBSCRIBE to the "VALUE CLUB" $29.99/1yr. I responded to the email that I've already subscribed to the "ELITE CLUB" by definition is SUPERIOR to all other groups but not the case HERE! So instead of initially offering me the best subscription to the "ELITE/unVALUED" customer, this entity/corporation chips away at you pocket! Instead of offering a "ELITE/unVALUED" customer the full array of subscription/club benefits at clear designated price points and the brake down there of, BRIAN & SCOTT are instructed to chip away at your pocket instead of being upfront! Very disappointed with this method of soft sales I guess I would have to call it! Almost forgot… Scott couldn't make an adjustment on my second order for the $5 coupon but if I subscribed to the "VALUE CLUB" plan I would get a refund of $4.80! If you'd opted to set me up on the "VALUE CLUB" plan for an additional $10, that's an easy sale! Nope, not the case!

I bought a coat from here and it was very cheap looking and to small. I returned it with no problem.
I have found some good buys here and some others that did not turn out so well. So, shop carefully.
