I had an item that didn't show up although marked as delivered. They did a 7 day investigation. All they did was ask the driver and although there was a picture of my order at a different place. They are charging me for it anyway. Told me to call the police to have a report done so have to call the police on Amazon
Its a horrid experience doing business with them and even worse having to deal with the horrendous companies they work with
