I initially made a purchase of merchandise on July 2nd. I returned that same merchandice on July 18th because it it arrived damaged. I was recently told that Heartland America received that damaged merchandise on August 24th and that it would take another 2 weeks to process my refund. This is going on 2 months and I still have not received my refund. The customer service is horrible, this company's handling of refunds and exchanges are horrible and I suggest if anyone reads this to run away!
