Worst experience ever buying headlights. Bought these headlights in January 2024 and one blew out in November so started warranty process. First they told me they have upgraded bulbs if I was interested and it would cost me $40 and save me the time of sending mine in for replacement. So I purchased them. Then two weeks later my lights still haven't arrived. Messaged them again and they asked if I wanted the lights, really! By this time I was pissed cause this process was supposed to be fast not so much! Then they messaged me again and said they made a mistake there was no upgrade for my bulbs I have to send them in. Long story short I finally received my new bulb back on Jan 2025! These people are ridiculous to work with and I will never buy from here again!
Great light bulbs and easy to deal with for any warranty on bulbs. Very nice to have lifetime warranty.

Hoping to resolve the matter, I called during business hours, but the automated system informed me they were "too busy to take calls" and directed me back to email—an email that had already proven useless.
Feeling stuck, I emailed again, referencing the inappropriate reply from before, but was met with no resolution or accountability. This is a terrible company that does not allow returns if you use their product. Please tell me how you are supposed to know if the product works without using it? It is bad enough that they charge 20% restocking fee on things you can return but the fact that you cannot return a product that does not perform to standards is unacceptable. I highly recommend not ordering anything from this company.
Product did not work requested politely 3 times to return and was denied. States I would sispute with my credit card company and BBB and Rhavi googled my name and threatened to leave me bad reviews under my employers business! In an email. Email available upon request. His google and BBB reviews speak for themselves, if you look at the dates on the positive reviews you can tell when his rating starts dropping he does a bunch of fake positive reviews.

Stay away from this business, they will sell you non-working junk products and tell you "they worked before they left here" then wont provide a refund. I went with Auxbeam LEDs instead, much brighter lights anyway, and cheaper than this junk

They hide behind an arbitrary 30 day return policy. Like many others on the BBB'S page and other review sites I got duped too. They advertise as "plug and play". After the 30 day period was over the lights started throwing an error code and did not continue to work in my vehicle. HLE told me I should get my vehicle reprogramed or leave the lights on bright. You can talk to customer service until you are blue in the face but they will hide behind their 30 day policy. One of the technicians agreed with me that there should be disclaimers. HLE even admits in the BBB complaint that they are not plug and play in writing by stating the vehicle must be programed or the lights must be used on bright only, but I don't think they realized their admission. I would not be surprised to see an argumentative response from their customer service rep here as well. HLE will say that I was 270ish days beyond the 30 day period. Yes. Because that's how long it takes to deal with these people. Again bulbs failed to work in my vehicle after 30 day period, were returned twice with no explanation, failed again and again. I would give 0 stars if it was an option.
PS. If you get ripped off by these guys you can have some consolation that you were not the only one after reading HUNDREDS of others bad reviews across many different sites.
In the last 5 years I've purchased 4 sets of bulbs and they have all been very good quality. Had one bulb go out on me after 4 years but they offered to replace it for free after testing it. Great quality just make sure you keep your receipt!
After about 18 months one of my LED headlamps failed. I emailed them explaining the issue. A very short time later they responded and gave me a choice of options. I opted to get an upgraded pair of headlamps for an excellent price. Although I was initially disappointed about the short life of the original headlights, Headlight Experts truly honored their Lifetime warranty-No questions asked, No hassles or jumping through hoops. Appears to be good quality; however, one headlight malfunctioned and only worked in high-beam mode, after 14 months. Was replaced under warranty.

My car is an old Pontiac with the sealed headlamps. None of the ones any store carry are bright enough at all, especially in areas with no lights. The H4 LED conversion kit was a great improvement. Bright enough that I tinted the housing so I'm not blinding people and so much more visibility at night. Also has the benefit that if a bulb ever goes out I can find them at any store and it's likely they're in stock. 10/10 upgrade.
I've bought the LED conversation kit after having numerous issues with other headlights. These LED headlights have been the best for a few years now. Recently had an issue with one side of one of the bulbs going out and reached out to customer service. They got me fixed up instantly under their amazing warranty program. I recommend them to anyone looking for top notch headlights!

Answer: I believe it is a scam. The sales department says there is no one there to take a call and customer service, you can only get a hold of them by email. And then no one ever returns the email
