I was looking for a 1/2 impact and I seen that harborfreight had a deal so I went and checked it out and I got the items the impact I grabbed was not the one with the deal so I went with HERCULES20V Brushless Cordless 3/8 in. Compact 3-Speed Impact Wrench all the socket I have are 1/2 so I have to use a adapter to use it
I go for last minute needs, but really not the best quality supplies. If you're looking for professional tools, don't come here.

Two weeks ago, I bought a Harbor Freight power auger to bore post holes with for a project. I used it a couple of times and then it wouldn't start no matter what I tried. The carburetor was bad and allowing gas to get into the air filter. I called their technical support and they were polite and all. But when I asked them for a replacement carburetor, they told me they didn't have any. It's a part used on many of the small gas engines in various tools they sell. But, they didn't have that part and told to take it back to the store and exchange it. So I did take it back only to be told they didn't have any and the next closest store didn't have any. But, a store 60 miles away might have one. They couldn't even tell me if more gas augers would be in soon. They gave me my money back. So, I have a project and no tool. I had even bought their extended guarantee. But, that didn't fix the problem. They wasted my time and gas while providing no support and no tool to exchange. Don't buy anything from them if you depend on it to work when you need it. You will be disappointed.

Never received my order. I call they just say wait longer. The email said it shipped June 16. They didn't hesitate to charge me though! Never again.
Bought a Pcific Hydrostar 50' Roto Rooter there and found the canle already kinked and unreadable when we tried to use it. Aggravated even more by Harbor Freight's no return policy.
First time I've ever purchased anything from here. I went online to order polishing pads. They wouldn't let you order and pick it up at warehouse. I ordered them because they were available at Waukesha. I live in Mukwonago Wisconsin I'm like how long could it take to come in the mail? Only to look at the FedEx order the next morning. They were shipping it from South Carolina. I was like what the $#*!. So I drove over to Waukesha. 30 minute drive. Ask if they can just cancel the order? (It only stated that a tracking number was made in the FedEx tracking.) I will just pick it up here right now. They were like we can't do that it's coming from corporate. So then I called corporate. I'm like just cancel the order and I will pick it up right here in Waukesha. Even offered to still pay the 8 dollars in shipping and handling. The ladies like we can't do that once it's in the system. I was like you can do that at Grainger or anywhere else. The package is not en route and hasn't even been packaged. It's pretty stupid you're shipping something from South Carolina when it's sitting here in Waukesha and you could've shipped it from there and I could get it the mail next day. Long story short I ordered it seven days (Sept 14th) ago and I'm still waiting for the stupid pads. I will never again order anything from this place. $#*!ty customer service. There's absolutely no reason they can't cancel that sticker aka tracking number that was created on the 15th. Package didn't end up leaving until the following day 16th so they absolutely could've done that.

A RECALL SHOULD BE IN PLACE! A VERY LONG TIME CUSTOMER, I BOUGHT 3 PITTSBURGH SLATE GREY, NEW COLOR, 3 TON LOW PROFILE FLOOR JACKS. THE FIRST PUT OIL IN IT, THEN NOTICED THE FOOT PAD STAYS UP ABOUT 4 TO 5 INCHES WHEN THE PIPE HANDLE IS IN THE VERTICLE POSITION, ALL THE WAY DOWN, READY TO ROLL UNDER INTO POSITION. SO THIS MEANS WHEN U ROLL IT UNDERNEATH THE VEHICLE THE CLEARANCE IS VERY MINIMAL TO NONE. I TOOK EACH ONE BACK, DID THIS 3 TIMES, ALL 3 JACKS, AND EXCHANGED IT FOR ANOTHER THINKING ITS JUST THIS ONE JACK THAT IS FLAWED. ALL THE JACKS ARE FLAWED. ALL 3 DID THE SAME THING. THE JACKS ARE ALL THIS WAY. THERE NEEDS TO BE A RECALL ON ALL THE NEW SLATE GREY 3 TON LOW PROFILE PITTSBURGH FLOOR JACKS. U CANT USE IT THIS WAY. THE RED COLOR ONES BEFORE, THE SAME JACK, WERE GREAT DID NOT DO THIS. THE NEW SLATE GREY COLOR CAME, ALL ARE MOST LIKELY ARE ALL THIS WAY, FLAWED. I was looking for a paint spray gun and found one reasonably priced on harbor freight. I had only heard of them through YouTube videos so decided to order about 10 items on Oct 31st. After a week and a half I received my brush cleaning kit but not the other items. I checked the tracking number provided for USPS but nothing could be found. I checked my account for an order update but kept getting an error message. After 2 weeks I called to see what happened and they told me to wait 20 business days and call back. I called back after 23 business days and they still didn't have an update and told me that because it was shipped through USPS parcel there's no way to track it. THEN WHY PROVIDE ME A FAKE TRACKING NUMBER?!? Odd because the one item I did receive came all the way from the east coast to Hawaii and made it but the items from California haven't made it. They put in a note for if it hadn't arrived by December 17th, to call and initiate a refund. I called today on the 17th, and now I'm being told I can't get a refund until 45 days after the date I ordered on Oct 31st! Never ordering from them again and DO NOT recommend this company. I have to open an investigation now with my bank.

This is concerning store in elyria Ohio on abbe road...today 07/07/2023 I went into store looking for end mills so as soon as I walked in someone asked me what I was looking for so I said end mills but I'm planing on looking around to see if I needed anything thing else now the whole time I'm going down aisle after aslie someone is constantly following me over and over I can hear them talking about me like to watch me I look like I'm stealing my so my whole shopping experience was very uncomfortable I don't think I'll go back to that store again I haven't been up their in Over 2 years and now I'll just do without that store how do you intend to do business but constantly run your consumers away so whoever is managing these stores I hope you have another job ready for when this store closes cause we the consumers are the ones who buy things from the store so you can get a paycheck and all these bad reviews all come down to management... I hope your wife looks good enough to strip or pimp herself out so she can take care of your sorry asses

I came w a neighbor who is disabled & couldnt drive, he purchased 2 items using the 20% coupon from his phone. When it was my turn I used the 20% coupon from my phone to make another purchase but 2 of the cashiers (RENEE & HAILEY) talked to each other & refused to honor the coupon from my phone. I told the cashier I'm using the coupon sent from my email & from my phone but the cashier refused to honor the 20% coupon. She asked for my phone number. Twice I provided yet she kept claiming "Not found", "Not in the system" which is bogus cause I shopped at HF multiple times & I always received a confirmation of my purchase everytime via my phone email. She then asked for my email address which I refused to provide to 'cause throughout my purchases in the past w HF I was never asked to provide my email address, only the phone number should suffice. The clerk by the name RENEE walking around w an attitude like she's the OWNER of the place. You would think a 20% coupon thru the long weekend 4th of Juky would bring in a lot of customers yet when I walked into the store on Friday 07/01 the place is dead & empty, not like you used to have a long line of customers. You should monitor these cashiers, the ones with rude attitude shouldn't be working for you. This is the first time I encounter cashiers with such rudeness at Harbor Freight. A little honey attracts more bees along the way, you have nothing to lose.

Answer: I cannot see the particular part you are inquiring about, but could you make something to work? I am thinking you are referring to the notched piece that the handle locks into. Remember, you do not need to duplicate the piece, just make one that works. If you want to send me a picture I would have a better idea.
