Ordered a off road jack asked when it would be in i need buy a special date called store A FEW DAYS LATER they said its here come on down i get there they till me that my special order did not get there but they have 1 in stock i can buy{ i already paid for one on the special order}i called cooperate to complain they said a district manger would call me back buy 10AM THE NEXT DAY never happened i called cooperate again they said they would send a emAIL TO THE STORE NO RESOLUTION NO HELP IF THERE WAS LESS THEN 1 STAR THEY WOULD GET IT
Seems the owner Eric Smuck, had decided to give away all PPE, and screwing the general public with NOTHING. It is the GOVERNMENTS job to provide PPE, NOT harbor freight tools. I'm sure he had all the PPE, for himself and his family, and only cares about a big tax credit, as we all suffer his IGNORANCE.
They have an extensive collection of tools and hardware. Prices are incredibly cheap BUT... quality ranges from "piece of junk" to "decent". However, generally you get what you pay for. If you pay $7.00 for a set of 10 pliers just expect it to be worth that price and no more. That way you won't be disappointed. The tools are OK for sporadic amateur work though and are a great way to add rarely used tools to your collection at a great price.
Shipping costs are reasonable given the weight of tools. Their shipping cost schedule is a little strange - e.g. if your order is below $15 it will cost $1.99 and between $15 and $30 will be $5.99 so it is cheaper to place multiple orders if possible.
Shipping time is very good as I received my product within a week.

I shopped recently at one of your stores at 2487 S Seneca St., Wichita, Kansas *******, for a Nailer (brand name is Pierce). I bought it and used it for about 15 minutes. The Nailer then stopped working. I took it back to the store for an exchange. The Nailer still had the manufacturer tags on it; it looked new. The cashier raised her voice at me saying that they don't exchange without a phone number on record (l did leave my phone number with the cashie when I bought it, but this time the cashier and the store poor management declined to find my phone number in their records, obviously they did not want to exchange or return the Nailer). The store manager who is a loud mouth white older male stepped in and started yelling at me as well and immediately told me "Don't come back" three times. I told him he can have the Nailer and I left it on the counter, then I left the store without an exchange or refund. This manager is obviously despicable and rude, and should be removed from his duty if the company cares about its relationship with the consumer.
Another company claiming to be American owned with absolute horrible customer service! Had 2 cashier's 2 lines I walked up got in line cashier took another customer out of another cashier's line put them in front if me.When I complained I was looked at like I was wrong.ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC MANAGER PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

On Thursday I purchased a $299 air compressor. On Friday I received a NO EXCLUSION COUPON for 25% in and email. I went to my local store to redeem the single purchase 25% NO EXCLUSION CUPON and was told that air compressors were excluded from the NO EXCLUSION COUPON. THIS IS MISLEADING AND FALSE ADVERTISING. I will think twice before shopping here again abs also will tell my contacts this story and the same. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.
Bought a work bench on line, when I went to put it together there were parts missing and not enough of one part to complete, when I called all I got was they don't have the parts, I could repackage and send it back and after they reviewed it would determine if I got my money back or a replacement
On10/09/2023 I had went to HARBOR FRIGHT IN BRAINTREE The manager Tom and the cashier Michael and josh were very professional and helpful and very knowledgeable about everything and very nice it was a nice experience and the process very easy store *******
I make a good wage and a credit score over 800. Can only qualify for $2,500. Doesn't cover the cost of one tool chest. Canceled the credit card. Not worth the credit ding.
I go to Harbor Freight now and then for cheaper tools that would often save you a lot of money if it was for something to use at the house, the warranties never felt like gouging and sensible. Now they won't even cover their power tools for a full year, just 90 days. I spoke to an employee they say the warranty1-2year plan is based on a 10 or 20% additional cost. So the power tools now not only have a far worse box warranty than big brands, but it's also an additional cost that trends toward it being the same cost as a big brand which often have better warranties(example the tool I wanted I got at lowes which has a 5 year plan). Their power tools will sometimes not even have blades come with it, making you have to go and then spend more money on the equipment needed for the tool. Harbor Freight, used to also be generous with coupons as well, now they are more picky about it, they want you on their Credit card, and membership plan for the better deals now. I'll still go for the times I needed a tarp, tie downs, and what not because they are still ok deals. But this place is losing what made harbor freight the affordable hardware store.
They do not stand behind there tools I bought a genarators that appeared to have bin new it started right up it looked good I hooked it up to my trailer and it fried the inverter converter in like one minute flatt harbored fright had me get estimate 3 of them and the whole nine yards now all they won't to do is give me one third the value of the generator and I eat the trailer they have bin giving me the run around all summer long this Eric Valencia the claims adjuster is a joke don't buy something like a genarators from them it will just break your stuff and not to mention all summer my family And I have bin on camping hold do to this matter thank you harbored freight for destroying our summer.

Placed order on May 12th. On June 12th, after waiting 25 minutes on hold to cancel order, was told it was getting ready to ship and couldn't cancel. A week later, I received partial order and was charged full shipping. Still waiting on remainder of order (6/24) and contacted HF again (another 20 minutes on hold). They now say they don't know where the rest of my order is, but they'll look into it. TERRIBLE SERVICE and CUSTOMER SERVICE! NEVER AGAIN!
Harbor freight tools. Oops that's Harbor Junk Tools to be honest. This company does not take care of there customers. I had bought an air compressor with the extended warranty. A year later the air compressor needs to be taken back for an exchange. Because Harbor Junk Tools no longer has the air compreser available I have to pay OVER $200.00 for another air compressor more then what I had paid for the extended warranty. This is about the 2nd or 3rd time this has happened with Harbor Junk tools. Harbor junk tools wants you to buy the extended warranty knowing that they only keep their products for a short time, so the customers will ALWAYS need to pay more out of pocket when exchanging a product with the extended warranty. It's about what they can get from customers instead of treating the customer right. Save money and time by shopping at Home Depot or Lowe's. I will NEVER purchase anything again from Harbor Junk Tools because that's the quantity you will get. That's why they are only a 1 1/2 star company.
Purchased a multiprocess welder from Harbor freight was really excited about,
The welder did not work correctly. The voltage adjustment was sporadic and intermittent without touching it.
So I returned the welder to Harbor freight, I told them it was not working correctly, and the voltage was intermittent and jumping all over the place without touching the knob, he told me there was going to be a $100 restocking fee, I said, why would you charge me for a faulty product he said that's just our policy. I said while I was thinking about trading it for another one but I'm not thinking about anything from you now, so as I was walking out the door he put on the receipt reason returning was dissatisfied. I walked back in and I told him that's a bold face lie. I'm not dissatisfied with it. I told you it wasn't working correctly, still they did not refund my money
So let me let everyone know you can buy products on Amazon prime or eBay and get a 100% refund. No questions asked,
And you can buy these products on Amazon and eBay for a fraction of the price you will pay at Harbor freight,
So when people start to realize this, they will know that you're getting ripped off at Harbor freight. I will never buy from them again because their products are not up to snuff. You can buy these products much more sophisticated at a fraction of the price you can get it for on Harbor freight and if you have a problem with it, you can return it without any questions asked or being charged.

The employees in the store follow policy and are very helpful. The problem is with the policy not the employees. The policies at harbor freight cause stress and suicidal ideation.
Add states 30% off on everything, no exclusions! In a small coupon below ad it reads: on items up to $20
I brought up the soupçons had several items two had coupons …so I thought one was plastic funnel for two dollars the other was a set of magnetic trailer regular priceI think 34 50 coupon price 26.50 the cashier scanned coupon one funnel the I scrolled down and said here is the one for the lights she scanned it I ran my credit card next day I looks at receipt I was charge full price fo the lights so today I stopped and asked some questions The cashier reply's it states right on coupon one per day …ok my mistake I asked the manager the why did the cashier scanned the around coupon … if it wasn't valid she should had said you used your one per day but no she scant it anyway.me assuming I was getting the saving on coupon Two They could of at least said sorry this happened but she didn't I made another purchase The manager checked me out per the first cashier request she handed my receipt with no words I will continue to shop Harbor Freight but will never forget this transaction…
Answer: I spent 24 minutes on the phone with them only to be told their product was perfect and problem was with my network. The person did not have a clue about what he was talking about.
Answer: I cannot see the particular part you are inquiring about, but could you make something to work? I am thinking you are referring to the notched piece that the handle locks into. Remember, you do not need to duplicate the piece, just make one that works. If you want to send me a picture I would have a better idea.
