Purchased wallet from happiefamily. Several weeks later item had Not even shipped. Although they took my money right away, they then pointed to fine print (on a different page than the item was on) which indicated it could potentially take 4 to 8 weeks before I receive the product. Explained via email birthday gift was ordered and needed in a timely manner. There is no phone number to contact this company. Also, I was dissatisfied with the quality of the wallet when it was finally received (after the birthday it was purchased for). Their website indicates a full refund for "any reason" however, they have ignored 4 email requests to proceed with return and refund of the product as I was not happy with the quality. I Would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Very disgusted and dissatisfied with The product and lack of response once I raised an objection after receiving and noticing the quality was less than what I expected. I would not have paid more than $10 for what I received. This company does NOT stand behind or follow what they post on their website. Filing a complaint with PayPal and whomever else I can notify. I have sent more than four emails requesting return and full refund, they totally ignore these emails and to date there has been no response. I feel like I have been scammed. Also, when I requested to leave feedback on their actual site (there were positive feedback comments on their site) they advised me to email my feedback. I promptly did so, however they have not posted my feedback at all regarding this very negative experience.

I just received the notebook for my daughter and upon inspection I was very disappointed to see that the text is so far out of registration that two of the words are covered by the locking buckle. I tried to upload a jpeg but the photo upload feature below wouldn't allow.
I wish to return the item for a full refund or have it replaced by a notebook that is crafted correctly. I have emailed Happie Family with the above request 4 times now to no avail. It's obvious they have no intention of accommodating my request. It took 6 weeks to receive the item and clearly the product isn't anything like the photo posted on their website is displayed. This is a clear and cut case of poor craftsmanship and false advertising. I would suggest "Buyer Beware"!

I placed an order with this company that guaranteed shipping before Christmas according to their website. It has been sitting in "being processed" since. They have no telephone number and will not respond to multiple emails that I have sent! I've reported them to my financial institution. I added a screenshot of my order but blacked out my address for obvious reasons. Tomorrow is Christmas. I assure you I'm not receiving my product!

Answer: I got my money back from Paypal. It takes some doing, but DO IT! First, take the online copy of your USPS tracking you were given as proof of delivery from Happie Family to your post office. Talk to the postmaster, they have an intranet system that will also include exactly where and when the item was delivered and has more information than what you can get online. I'll bet you find out it isn't your address. Ask them to print that for you. Upload a copy of what the USPS gave you (https://paypal.com/il/uploaddoc). Go to Paypal on Twitter - yes TWITTER. It's the only way you can bypass the PayPal algorithm that will automatically process your appeal. Send them a DM telling them that you have uploaded the USPS internal tracking and want your appeal reopened. Then send that form also to paypal to the Twitter DM. Once I did that, I had my money back in 24 hours. If we all do that we should have our money back an they will have a reason to go after Happie Family for fraud. Good luck.
