Placed my order in May 2019. Was told would have in four weeks. Nothing arrived. Requested order status. Replied they could not get a tracking number from shipper and would get back to me... three weeks later no response. A week later another request for status. No response,. Complaint filed with pay pal, A week later they provided a tracking number saying it was delivered within three days after order... this never could have happened given the four week original lead time... I am out 65.00... totally bad service from this vendor and paypal.
I very seldom have found that I have to write a bad review. They are a fraud and perhaps call themselves Happy Family because they get your money and give you no product. I would give this company a zero if I could. I made a purchase for a compass from this company and used PayPal. The compass never arrived. I filed a dispute with PayPal and they denied the claim as they had tracking information. The tracking information showed the compass being delivered to a different zip code than the one I live in even though my address was right on this company's paperwork. I have contacted Happie Family and they have refused to respond. PayPal is even worse because they did not bother to check into the tracking information which clearly shows the package was delivered somewhere else. I have now involved my credit card company and filed a dispute and have given them the details. I will find every venue I can to let folks know that Happy Family is a fraudulent company. I am also discontinuing using PayPal. They are overpriced for the merchants and have very poor research done on disputes.
Order placed for compass on May 26,2019. I've been contacting them weekly ever since. Finally spoke with my bank this morning and a dispute has been filed. Judging from the other reviews I've read, it seems to be their standard operating procedure. Shameful! I'll NEVER look at another ad from Facebook!
I purached a item on May 22,2019. As of August 5,2019 I have still not received the item. At this time the company has not even sent out the compass that was for Father's Day. They will take your money and not even send you the item that you ordered.

Pn May 14,2018 I ordered & they took my money for a compass I was going to give my husband for Father's day. It's 8/4/2019 I have tried to communicate with them by the only means they gave for email I believe more people need to get together and sue them report them get them out of there fraud business. I ordered the Husband Wife Forever Compass on May 15th. At the end of June, I emailed Happie Family about my product and was told to allow a few more weeks. Middle of July still never received the product so I disputed my purchase on PayPal. On August 2nd I received an email that Happie Family sent to Paypal showing it had been delivered May 30th.
Needless to say, I was a little confused since Happie Family told me at the end of June to allow a few more weeks.
If I could give it minus stars and the company minus stars I certainly would. I ordered the compass as a Father's Day gift for my husband. We FINALLY received it last week. End of July pretty much. No matter what you do, the darn thing will not open, like it's welded shut. I tried to contact the company to see what can be done but of course they never responded. So... I am going to slam them on every social media I can find. DO NOT buy from them!
Follow up on my compass. I got a hold of PayPal and got no help from them. They said since Happie Family sent them a tracking number stating that the item was delivered (even though it said it was delivered to the wrong address), there was nothing more that they could do. What a SCAM! Happie Family will no longer e-mail me after they said they would replace it. Disappointment all around!

Like others mentioned, I ordered the compass but the order status has not changed since the order date May 29,2019. It is now two months later, July 31, and still nothing. Emailed support several times and have not received a reply. If there is an issue with production then people should have the option to wait given a realistic expected delivery or to be given a refund.

I had to fight with paypal to get my money back as this company gave a tracking number that was not associated with my address. I had to get the post office to send an email stating that I never received it. This took many hours and many phone calls and emails.

First of all they do not answer inquiries. Second shipping takes forever. They do not insure the shipment and they ship through a third party which you cannot contact. Then the USPS tracking number says it was delivered but it was never received. I placed my in April to give to my husband on his birthday at the end of June. It is now the end of July and I still have not received anything... including a refund. I wish I had checked sitejabber first!

I ordered the husband/wife compass for my husband for our anniversary. The order was placed on May 25th and to this day (July 19th) has not been delivered. I have checked my tracking every day since then and it still says it is processing the order. I got Pay pal (another loser company) involved. They "checked" into it and closed the case saying that Happie Family provided a tracking order and delivery. What is interesting is that the tracking order number does not match what I have. Needless to say, Pay pal closed the case and I am out $70.00. Now I have to go through my bank to dispute this.
I placed an order for two items. One item was received with a missing part and not functioning properly. The second item never arrived. I emailed support several time with no response. Finally contacted PayPal. In order to get my full refund I had to ship what I received back. The address given was Vietnam. The cost to ship with tracking was more than the item. So in the end I accepted PayPal's offer to refund the item that was not received and am eating the cost of the item that is of no use. Will never buy from this company again. Answer: I got my money back from Paypal. It takes some doing, but DO IT! First, take the online copy of your USPS tracking you were given as proof of delivery from Happie Family to your post office. Talk to the postmaster, they have an intranet system that will also include exactly where and when the item was delivered and has more information than what you can get online. I'll bet you find out it isn't your address. Ask them to print that for you. Upload a copy of what the USPS gave you (https://paypal.com/il/uploaddoc). Go to Paypal on Twitter - yes TWITTER. It's the only way you can bypass the PayPal algorithm that will automatically process your appeal. Send them a DM telling them that you have uploaded the USPS internal tracking and want your appeal reopened. Then send that form also to paypal to the Twitter DM. Once I did that, I had my money back in 24 hours. If we all do that we should have our money back an they will have a reason to go after Happie Family for fraud. Good luck.
