Placed order through Canadian Pharmacy. I was told that head office was in England. They changed the amount I was being billed because it was coming from Florida. ( exchange rate). My tracking number said it was being shipped from India. I chatted with a rep. I said I wanted to cancel because I was lied to and to credit my Visa. She said that she will get a manager to call. I know that will never happen.

I wish others had a better experience too. I was a little thrown off that they placed on the outsode of the package excately what i ordered and had to sign for it at the post office. But thats not on them. Its USPS requirements.
Ordered drugs. Paid for them. Got emails saying the order was created. Did NOT get a tracking number. Called a few weeks later and asked bout the sale. They said they would look in to it. They sent an email saying..."We bring our deepest sorry but we do not have the medication that you have place the order with. We can send you different one for the same total amount. Do you agree for that?" Of course I said no.

My credit card was immediately charged the $65 as soon as I placed my order. When my item hadn't arrived after 2 months, in spite of the website showing my order had been processed, I sent several emails inquiring about the delay. ( There is NO phone number so email is the only means of communication.) Never received a response. After 3 months with no item I assumed I'd been scammed. Since it was a gift for my husband I said a few little prayers that I would get it and let it go. Well, it came yesterday, nearly 6 months after I ordered (and paid for) it. I do have to say, it was very nice quality and well made, but why so long to get to me?

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. First off, I ordered the husband wife compass on 5/20/2019. It said delivery would be 7 to 10 days. After about a month I emailed to ask where it was and they simply said "shipping was delayed". In the next 3 month I emailed them several more times and they refused to answer. FINALLY when I opened a case against them with PayPal around mid September they shipped the product. It took 4 months to get a poor quality high priced product. The compass looks like junk.
I give this company NO stars. Ordered a husband/wife compass in April 2019, for my husbands birthday. The ad said 4-6 weeks as they make them by hand. I waited. And waited. Emailed them beginning if May. They answered 2 weeks later stating how sorry they were and how "in demand" my item was and they are back logged and... since they are hand made, it will take longer. The email said they would email me when my item shipped. So I waited longer. At the end of September I emailed them again, threatening to report them. I received no response. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and lo and behold, I received my item 5 days later. It is definately NOT hand made, looks NOTHING like the photo, and is worth $10 at most. Not $60, which is what I paid. The needle continuously moves when I'm standing perfectly still so it doesn't even work. Dont order anything from Happie Family. It's a scam!

I opened a claim through PayPal, but they were useless, since Happie Family replied to them saying it WAS delivered and provided some phony tracking number. PayPal closed my claim and told me to deal with Happie Family directly. It's been over five months now and still no refund or compass! What a scam! These people took me for $65!

This company has to be the worst to deal with and PayPal supports them. I too ordered the compass for Father's Day. (May 27,2019) and it never arrived. Finally I went to the post office to have them use the "tracking number" I found through PP. Through the PO I was able to see it was delivered to a different address/different city. PP wanted nothing to do with it. Said it was delivered. When I argued she told me the PO had to update the info to go further. This was August 31st. On/around Sept. 6 it arrived. I was totally embarrassed to show my husband what I ordered. It has plastic over the compass the inscription is smudged can barely read the words in places. So AGAIN I reach out to HF through PP for a refund. Not one word from them. And this morning I get an email asking me to review their company/product. You have to be kidding me. And that's is what I told them in the review along with what I've said here. Like I told them, I don't think they will let my review be posted to their sight but had to get it out there.
They send fake tracking info and say the package was stolen. They lie to pay pal and deny the refund. Awful. They advertise to your heart and then rip it out with their scam.

I order this in June 2019 finally got it in Sept 2019. I had to file a complaint with PP. I finally did get my compass, it is so hard to open I have to really force it open. The "engraving" in the inside is a plate that was engraved and glued in. It is coming off. I took it to a local jeweler and they can not fix it. I am scared to give it to my husband for fear it will break the hinge the first time he tries to open it. I really want my money back or one that really opens. I wrote the company and complained again about the quality of the item and received no response. It would have been awesome had they stood behind their word and made a good product, they did not. You have been warned.

Same as all below. When opened a dispute with PayPal, they contacted the company, who supplied a tracking number. A couple of days later I received a package from the company, but guess what, nothing in the envelope.
When contacted Happie Family by email, the response was, sorry and we will contact the delivery agent.

Answer: I got my money back from Paypal. It takes some doing, but DO IT! First, take the online copy of your USPS tracking you were given as proof of delivery from Happie Family to your post office. Talk to the postmaster, they have an intranet system that will also include exactly where and when the item was delivered and has more information than what you can get online. I'll bet you find out it isn't your address. Ask them to print that for you. Upload a copy of what the USPS gave you (https://paypal.com/il/uploaddoc). Go to Paypal on Twitter - yes TWITTER. It's the only way you can bypass the PayPal algorithm that will automatically process your appeal. Send them a DM telling them that you have uploaded the USPS internal tracking and want your appeal reopened. Then send that form also to paypal to the Twitter DM. Once I did that, I had my money back in 24 hours. If we all do that we should have our money back an they will have a reason to go after Happie Family for fraud. Good luck.
