Same as all below. When opened a dispute with PayPal, they contacted the company, who supplied a tracking number. A couple of days later I received a package from the company, but guess what, nothing in the envelope.
When contacted Happie Family by email, the response was, sorry and we will contact the delivery agent.
I asked for a refund and they stated they do not give refunds but would give me a 10% discount voucher. WTF, why on earth would I continue to shop with them, when it is clearly a scam.
