After a bit of investigating I found this to be a illegitimate company. They are SCAMMERS located in India. They have NO real store, NO real products, and NO morals. They run this scam out of their home. They run the scam using a laptop qhilr they sit on top of their bed. Whenever you call to speak to them you are calling a VOIP number.
I encourage EVERYONE who has placed a order with these scammers to call your credit card company and do a charge back. That is the only way that you will be able to get your money back. These people are EVERYTHING that is wrong with our world. They are Liars, they are thieves, and they are murderers (people have died as a result of these scammers.)

Order for med made, two weeks later after chasing for tracking numbers etc they send me a tracking number. A tracking number that doesn't work and is not in any system,. They tell me wait for ten days before it activates, i spoke to EM and Parcelforce and they tell me this is complete nonsense, the second it is scanned at collection or drop off it will immediately appear in the system, they have simply sent me a code of a random label and told me it is shipped. It has not been shipped, when i presented them with what Parcelforce have said they simply said they don't care if i believe them, its my problem. Absolute scum,. So we are now in the process of filing PayPal dispute but looking at some of the things on here that may be difficult. I wont let it go however.

BUYER BEWARE: They are happy, because they take your payment, without shipping you the product. My internet order from Happiefamily.com via their HappyandCozy site has not been delivered to me 45 days later. Nor have they responded to my requests for information/refund, etc.via their *******@happiefamily site (06/22/2020). I am sorry that I was unable to give them no stars with this rating system. One star is the lowest rating available.

I made 2 separate orders for medications, when I made the orders I was told they would be delivered within 3 to 4 weeks, because of the Virus, it has been 6 weeks and I am now told it could be another 3 weeks before they are delivered? They were not shipped for over a month, and now they tell me its 3 to 4 weeks after they ship, not after you make the order! Be awsre because hey do not tell you that. If you need your meds quickly, don't waste your time and money

I order meds from them because i have systemic yeast and dr here will not help me get rid of it. Its due to several surgeries and being given iv antibiotics for a long period of time. So far they have delivered every order. My last order was for antibiotics which have not come due to the pandemic. They have updated me and told me without me even asking, that my order had to be reshipped and was on its way due to being returned during the pandemic. Im very satisfied with the services ive received so far. Ive been ordering for almost 5 years. I also ordered my mom some clindamycin because the dr here kept her returning for the same strep infection but said she didnt need more antibiotics. She took the clindamycin and was cured but ut took mor than 7 days which is all these drs want to give. Its ridiculous they say its because of resistance, bull$#*!, its because they can keep you returning over and over charging you and your insurance alot of money. One visit should cure you of anything you have going on if they do the right thing.

Change names frequently so they can pack up and get out of town, all while staying in one place... Change web sites and bam, back in business. Not Canadian although they try to lead you to believe they are based in Canada.

Extremely dissatisfied with purchase, zero, zero, ZERO customer service. They indicate they have a satisfaction guarantee, however they do not stand behind their products or their guarantee. I would never purchase from this company again. There is no actual phone contact number, the ship time on your item is ridiculously long, and the product you get is not the quality you would expect. Was forced to give 1 star for the review, if they allowed, would have been ZERO! I would suggest anyone GO ELSEWHERE for a purchase.
