Order for med made, two weeks later after chasing for tracking numbers etc they send me a tracking number. A tracking number that doesn't work and is not in any system,. They tell me wait for ten days before it activates, i spoke to EM and Parcelforce and they tell me this is complete nonsense, the second it is scanned at collection or drop off it will immediately appear in the system, they have simply sent me a code of a random label and told me it is shipped. It has not been shipped, when i presented them with what Parcelforce have said they simply said they don't care if i believe them, its my problem. Absolute scum,. So we are now in the process of filing PayPal dispute but looking at some of the things on here that may be difficult. I wont let it go however.

I made 2 separate orders for medications, when I made the orders I was told they would be delivered within 3 to 4 weeks, because of the Virus, it has been 6 weeks and I am now told it could be another 3 weeks before they are delivered? I order meds from them because i have systemic yeast and dr here will not help me get rid of it. Its due to several surgeries and being given iv antibiotics for a long period of time. So far they have delivered every order. My last order was for antibiotics which have not come due to the pandemic. They have updated me and told me without me even asking, that my order had to be reshipped and was on its way due to being returned during the pandemic. Im very satisfied with the services ive received so far. Ive been ordering for almost 5 years. I also ordered my mom some clindamycin because the dr here kept her returning for the same strep infection but said she didnt need more antibiotics. She took the clindamycin and was cured but ut took mor than 7 days which is all these drs want to give. Its ridiculous they say its because of resistance, bull$#*!, its because they can keep you returning over and over charging you and your insurance alot of money. One visit should cure you of anything you have going on if they do the right thing.

I asked for a refund and they said it would take 30-45 days. I asked why does everything take so long with them. He said "because that is how they work". Never again. Answer: I got my money back from Paypal. It takes some doing, but DO IT! First, take the online copy of your USPS tracking you were given as proof of delivery from Happie Family to your post office. Talk to the postmaster, they have an intranet system that will also include exactly where and when the item was delivered and has more information than what you can get online. I'll bet you find out it isn't your address. Ask them to print that for you. Upload a copy of what the USPS gave you (https://paypal.com/il/uploaddoc). Go to Paypal on Twitter - yes TWITTER. It's the only way you can bypass the PayPal algorithm that will automatically process your appeal. Send them a DM telling them that you have uploaded the USPS internal tracking and want your appeal reopened. Then send that form also to paypal to the Twitter DM. Once I did that, I had my money back in 24 hours. If we all do that we should have our money back an they will have a reason to go after Happie Family for fraud. Good luck.
