They take your money don't reply to emails. Total ripoff company. They said my purchase would come in 10 to 20 business days. You don't get that information until you pay. I ordered and item on June3 for Fathers Day knew it wouldn't be in my hands on Fathers Day. Wrote and asked them where the item was and not a single word from them. Now its been 35 business days and no reply. They have my money and I have just aggrevation.

I thought I would give this company a try a d they proved to be the worst business o have ever dealt with. Ordered my item on May 15,2019 and was supposed to get it within 10 to 25 business days. Because if the engraving I figured that made since. But it is still showing in production today even with numerous emails asking about delivery dates. Not sure if I will even get my refund since they dont seem to be a legitimate business, no number and only an email that is never responded to. Dont waste your money on these scammers! This site will take your money and NOT send your product. Used PayPal and my order never arrived. Happie Family has not responded to my requests for a refund and PayPal is of no assistance. If the vendor does not respond at all, PayPal rules in favor of the vendor. Guessing PayPal not a good place to buy through then... Very sad.

I was stupid enough to order the compass. I was charged twice for the same product ($65), Their website shows my order is still being processed 67 days later and Happie Family is insisting they sent the item. I have my credit card company working for a full refund.
Recieved an email this morning with a tracking number, when I tracked it said that I received it on June 5th. I did not receive anything from them except in my email about how they had a problem with the shipping which came after July 5th. Do not order from this company.
Ordered compass on May 18th and have not received it even though they sent a tracking # that said it was delivered June 5. I had put it on my discover card so I called them. They gave me a credit, but took it back today because they also got the info that it had been delivered. Now I am on the phone to the post office to have them prove that it was delivered. I think that this company is one of the biggest scammers and should be put out of business. Do not order from them and tell your your friends the same. Liz
I ordered a gift for my daughter for Mother' Day on April 13. I received an email saying it shipped on May 14 and was delivered on June 24th. After attempting to contact this company and no return contact, I went to PayPal for dispute. I was denied with notice that the company had delivered the product. I took the email traffic to our local post office and they used the tracking number. It was delivered, but to the WRONG ADDRESS and the tracking number didn't even match. I again tried to contact both the company and PayPal but to no avail. I have now involved my bank and I assure you they will get my money back. I will not only never use or recommend Happie Family but I will be canceling my PayPal account too. Happie Family, oxymoron!
Do not buy from this company, they are scam artists! I bought a Compass from Wife to Husband and never received it. I tried contacting the company via email for documentation purposes and never received any response to my inquiry about the status of my order which incidentally STILL shows that is is in process even though they claim it was shipped and delivered. NOTE: the tracking information provided to Paypal when I filed a dispute through Paypal shows my package was shipped TWO DAYS PRIOR to my even making a purchase. I guess Happie Family was clairvoyant and knew that I would purchase form them. Furthermore, they do not insurance their shipments and they do not stand by their sales and in fact have a clause that packages left in an unsecure customer location is not their responsibility and thus will not offer a refund. They BANK on this and probably never actually even ship your purchase. When I filed a claim via Paypal the company provided them a tracking number that shows delivery so Paypal will not reimburse me and when I tried to file a claim with the USPS I cannot because Happie Family did not insure the package for the tracking number provided by Paypal. Happie Family will not even return messages or provide any assistance at all. They KNOW that by providing a "delivered" tracking number to Paypal, that Paypal will not do anything and will only close the claim/case. These are very dishonorable people - DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! I will be filing a mail fraud claim with the postal service and I will also be filing complaints with Facebook and the BBB as well as anyplace else I can!

Answer: I got my money back from Paypal. It takes some doing, but DO IT! First, take the online copy of your USPS tracking you were given as proof of delivery from Happie Family to your post office. Talk to the postmaster, they have an intranet system that will also include exactly where and when the item was delivered and has more information than what you can get online. I'll bet you find out it isn't your address. Ask them to print that for you. Upload a copy of what the USPS gave you (https://paypal.com/il/uploaddoc). Go to Paypal on Twitter - yes TWITTER. It's the only way you can bypass the PayPal algorithm that will automatically process your appeal. Send them a DM telling them that you have uploaded the USPS internal tracking and want your appeal reopened. Then send that form also to paypal to the Twitter DM. Once I did that, I had my money back in 24 hours. If we all do that we should have our money back an they will have a reason to go after Happie Family for fraud. Good luck.
