These people are flat out lying to the public. Not only are these extensions NOT real human hair (they're synthetic), my 15" wavy extensions lasted 2 weeks! Not only did the "wavy" effect start to fall flat after a week or so, by weeks 2 and 3, the bottom of the extensions were dry, crusty, and frayed! They are in the same condition as a 2 year old wig that I found in my closet that I hadn't thrown away. I'm at 3 1/2 weeks now and I am going shopping for NEW extensions and throwing these garbage extensions away. Wasted $75. I tried to leave a review on their website but it blocks negative reviews and only allows fake 5-star reviews! There is NO way to click on 1-star; only 5-stars! DON'T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I'd rather go to a beauty supply store and pay extra than risk wasting money on a product sent from China. NO THANKS.

I have bought my hair extensions from this site the past two years and have never been disappointed! Truly! It's unfortunate that there's so many left disappointed by this company. I have always recieved my order on time and the hair was always of good quality. I was always able to dye the hair and match it perfectly to my hair. Always able to curl, straighten and wave it. They also lasted me a very long time with good care. The only thing I would say negative about hairextensionbuy.com is that one time I tried contacting them via email And phone to get my order status because it was not emailed to me like usual, they did not respond to the email and the phone call ended with a shady voicemail system just telling me to leave a message. They did not even mention the name of the business or whom I had even reached! Other wise I would say they are pretty legit(:

First off I choose to get 2-4 shipping at checkout. They had a deal going on. If you buy two or more sets you get 10% off. Of course, I never got the discount. And I didn't get my extensions for two and a half weeks. The customer service was horrible. They told me that they don't understand why I didn't enjoy the discount. And they would give me the discount next time I order from them. When I finally did receive my extensions, the hair was so thin and broken in a lot of spots. The "wavy" hair extensions tangled so badly as soon as I tried to put them in my hair, that I couldn't wear them at all! And the straight hair wasn't much better. But I did get to wear it for one night before it completely fell apart!

I ordered 2 sets of 20" tape ins and they for one messed up the order and charged me twice. It took me a week to get a response from anyone and they insisted I was only charged once until I showed my banking records. Once they finally refunded me my package then got lost and they said they'd start a claim with fedex. I was then contacted and told fedex was ignoring them so I called fedex to get informed that it was the company ignoring Fedex! After getting the claim number from fedex I emailed them back with the claim number saying fedex had informed me there was some miscommunication because both company thought each other wasn't answering to have the lady tell me she'll finally just resend out my package (there was a month of back and forth) at this point I didn't even want the extensions because the company had messed me around so much so I asked for a refund and we went back and forth for 4 emails and each time she just kept repeating "we will be resending the package right away I hope you're okay with it" now I'm still without my $200 and/or hair extensions and Left with a massive headache.

I have colorful hair and needed to buy blonde extensions to dye it how I wanted it. Well I dyed the extensions and guess what! 50% of the hair broke off/ didn't dye because it was synthetic! They mixed real hair with synthetic hair! When I emailed them telling them the problem, they kept telling me it was 100% real human hair and refused to refund me. They just said if I ordered from there again they would give me a 10% discount. Give me a break. It's a scam. Never order from these people. Not to mention they lost my shipment for 15 days and couldn't tell me where it was.

Its nothing but a scam! I paid for extentions which I never got. Bogus phone number & email. This place needs to be shut down.

I'm a professional hairdresser and I've had two clients try extensions from this site. One was the micro loops and the length was fine, no complaints there. I applied it to the hair and that too was fine but after a few days, my client tells me pieces were falling out in clumps. I've had quite a bit of experience with extensions and never had I came across this problem so I had to customize it for her and use my own micro links to apply it back into her hair.

My other client bought tape in extensions from the same site and when I saw it, the hair was really thin and the tape was really thick, unlike a different brand I use at my salon. So I applied it and everything blended but she had messaged me the next day and told me the pieces were peeling off. Because the tape was so thick, it bent the way it wanted to and I don't even think the tape was sticky enough in the first place.

Bottom line, I would never recommend buying from this site. The price is just too good to be true but for a hairdresser, its a waste of our time and a waste of the clients money.

When I placed my order I was never given any email confirmation of my purchase 5 days after the fact. I used their "live chat" feature to bring this to their attention. The person on the other end of the chat was not an english speaker, which is fine, but not when you are trying to communicate a problem in writing as it was hard to be clear about what she was trying to say. She said she would forward the confirmation e-mail to me. The email I got was not an official receipt in any regard. It was clearly something she had just typed up herself and it was full of typing errors. It didnt confirm my price, the date it was ordered or any official information.
My extensions ended up taking double the time promised to me, and I was never given confirmation of shipment or a tracking # the ENTIRE time. When I contacted them again they apologized and said they would "rush" my shipment free of charge. Well, they rushed my shipment and it did get to me, except I had to pay the extra 20$ myself through fedex for this upgrade.
The blonde "human" hair I received was mixed with synthetic dark hair. It looked great for the first couple of days but quickly dried out and fried within the week - when normally I only need to replace extensions after at least 6-7 months. Also the hair was not sewn very well to the clips and started to pull off very quickly.
TERRIBLE customer service and it is much better to pay a little bit more for a good product. I now order from Luxy Hair. SUCH a headache.

Had a terrible experience with this site. I paid 200 dollars for two packs a clip ins and I did not recieve clip ins. Instead I got regular weave and I had to make the clip-ins myself. I was e-mailing the staff for over 2 weeks about this issue and they responded untimely and I needed the clip ins right away. I ordered them a whole month before I needed them to be on the safe side and I still could not get my problem resolved in time so I was forced to make them. I asked them to just give me half my money back since the hair I received was not Brazilian and were not clip ins so the worth was about half of what I paid and either way it was a HUGE inconvenience on their part and they even ADMITTED they screwed up my order. They gave me only 45 dollars back... BUYERS BEWARE. YOU ARE NOT SAFE HERE AND YOUR BUSINESS IS A JOKE TO THEM. They might delete this but it is going on any site that gives them a review either way.

I purchased hair extension from Hairextensionbuy.com in May. They arrived and were extremely thin. So, I returned the package to the address given by the "Returns Dept," only to be told today that they still haven't received my package! Granted, I have misplaced my tracking number and have been unable to locate it. However, when I emailed Hairextensionbuy.com about my situation, they simply tell me they don't have my package and do not know where my parcel was sent. I told them that I sent the parcel to the address that their "returns dept" gave me. They responded that they need a specific address. It's ridiculous that they don't even know where their returns department is. Further, I called trying to rectify this situation and have my refund processed. First, it seemed the person on the phone simply couldn't understand me and offer appropriate responses. Also, I could hear in the background another person yelling at (what appeared to be) another customer. I've basically been told that I have wasted over $90 and that there's no hope that I can get my refund. The bottom line is that I will never purchase from this company again, and I'm convinced that I'm being lied to about my return/refund.

Quite literally the hair is not 100% real human hair. It's mixed with synthetic. I have no idea how much of the hair is even human. I just got these extensions and curled them for the first time ever and could smell them literally burning, and huge chunks of the extensions (originally #60 - lightest blonde) turned a coppery orange colour because the synthetic hair burnt from the curling iron. This website is fraudulent. I started a dispute with paypal and since doing so, I have received voicemails and an endless amount of emails from hairextensionbuy. I'm being literally harassed by them. They keep asking me to cancel the dispute and "then they'll return my money." This website is such a joke it's not even funny. Spare yourself the headache and don't purchase. On top of this headache, I originally paid for express shipping and my item was supposed to be delivered within a week. After a week and a half I hadn't even received a shipping email yet and I contacted them just to be told my order was "out of stock" and hadn't even processed yet. This company is an actual joke. I don't know how they're still operating.
