I ordered these extensions blonde for $75 so i could dye them blue to match my hair. I put the dye on and let them sit. They looked great up until i rinsed them out. Only half of the strands in each weft were blue, and more of a muddy blue at that. They are complete and utter crap! Do not waste your money on these scammers!
Scam... we received hair that was of poor quality and they asked us to resale the hair to get my money back. Never order from them. Stay away from this company. I will be filing a complaint and taking this to court.
I ordered an 11 piece 18 inch set and was VERY happy with them. Great quality. I've had them for 8 months now and they are still in great condidtion. I don't wear them on a regular basis. I've dyed them and no hair has fallen out and they are heat friendly! Love them!
I have previously wrote a review about these hair extensions, i absolutly love them, they are great. I decided to put them to the test an dye them a darker brown, they have turned put wonderful! You can dye and style them. If you are wanting lighter extensions, purchase them lighter, dying any extensions lighter will damage if not ruin them. Again i love them!
I purchased a 9 piece set of wavy 18" #4 extensions from hairextensionbuy.com for my upcoming baby shower. I purchased before I read all these reviews and then of course was TERRIFIED after seeing everyone say it's a scam and the hair is gross and plasticy etc etc etc. Needless to say I prepared myself for the worst and even told myself I might not even end up receiving them. But I got them today after only about 5 business days, and although yes, the package does appear to be from China, I am so happy with the quality and look! The colour is rich and has a beautiful undertone that matches my hair perfectly. The hair itself is super soft, looks 100% real and doesn't have any plasticy looking qualities in my opinion. The wave is soft and subtle and the clips are strong. I haven't washed or applied heat to them (and probably won't for awhile) as I'm happy with their current look. Maybe that's when they'll fall to pieces and become burnt plastic- who knows. But for now they actually look beautiful, and I've been wearing human hair extensions for years and years so this isn't just a first buy opinion. They provided me with a tracking number but I never got any confirmation emails from them and actually couldn't track my package at all, so I kind of just told myself I'd wait and hold my breath. So maybe not the best site mechanics and customer service but as stated I am perfectly content with the extensions and would 100% buy again.
I ordered 20 in, dark mahogany red extensions about three weeks ago. They came in the mail and are fabulous! Idid a few tests on a test strand they sent me, burned, colored etc. it is 100 percent real Brazilian remy hair! They are so easy to brush through, and match my hair perfectly without dying them. I got an 8 waft set.
I was so disappointed! Hair is a disgraceful quality, clearly synthetic. There is a 30 percent fee for returning plus packaging so after buying a product which cost 73 pounds I ended up with about 20 pounds after I sent them back. Extremely bad customer service DO NoT buy! It is a con!
Ordered a clip in hair extensions, the website stated that the procesing time is 2-3 bussines days, took them over a week to ship my order, when I finally received a confirmation email, the tracking number was wrong, called them, left messages and email, they were not returning my calls or emails, I still haven't gotten my shipment and it has been over 3 weeks now.
HairExtensionBuy are a dishonest company selling synthetic hair as real hair. The hair looks good when it is first fitted but deteriorates very quickly- after only two washes. Straighteners cannot be used on them and after washing give out an odour of plastic!
The company themselves must be aware of the problem. When I first complained they denied that the hair is synthetic but constantly bombarded me with emails as to what I was going to do and offering me discounts if I agreed to purchase from them again! Eventually after threats on my part to take legal action against them they agreed to refund $25 to me, although I had originally paid $74 and I am entitled to a full refund.
HairExtensionBuy are criminals selling products which are incorrectly described. I will NEVER buy from them again.
I ordered a blonde set of the 11 piece clip on with intention of dying purple to match my hair. It was taken to a professional salon but only 1/2 the hair dyed and the rest wouldn't take any color, they even turned silver. There is no way this is all human hair. I sent email with pictures to company with still no response. I want my money back!
This website is not professional at all. There help line goes straight to a machine that doesnt not even tell you who you have reached. Ive also tried emailing them and still no contact. Also tried online chat and no one is answered. I made my purchase over a week ago and still have not received a tracking number or anything. Im very upset this is a horrible company to try to work with.
I ordered from the website and my order still says processing. I tried to call but the number keeps ringing then disconnects. I finally got someone on the live chat, and they said they didn't know why my order was not processed and that they would get back to me in 24 hours. After 24 hours I contacted them via live chat to ask about my order. They said my order was out of stock and it would be another week until I got my items. I won't hold my breath. Complete scam! I filed a claim against them.

The picture and description of the extensions I thought I ordered do not come close to what I received. They sent me what can only be described as a tail...
I tried calling the number for customer service and never got an answer. I emailed them and they asked me to take pictures of the hair I received and I did... twice! Still would not give me an approval to return. I contacted my bank to dispute the charge... they still won't let me return the item for a refund. The company is in China... they are the worst company I've ever dealt with.
Expensive Lesson learned!

I ordered these because I need some hair and fast. I expressed shipped in 2-3 business days and it took 5 days to get here so I ended up not having it when I needed it. I will NEVER buy from this site again! And to top it off everyone I dealt with was very rude!
Made a mistake and bought from these scammers. I did find a number that you can try to call. It's a canadian number and they called me concerning the extensions and deliver *******353. Luckily I have RCMP friends and other meaner friends in the area that will track this number down and find out WHERE MY MONEY AND EXTENSIONS ARE? Scam company!
I am so sorry i purchased anything from this place before doing a thorough search. I had no idea this place is in China. The extensions i bought were terrible quality and inaccurate color and they didn't send everything in my order. All their reviews on their site are 5stars which now i know is a tip off to BeWare. I started a return/exchange process over email because their US phone # was a voicemail only (another tip off!) and apparently they were "having problems with their line". RIGHT! It's now been dragging on forever. I cannot return the products since it will cost me to ship back to China from Canada 75-100$ which is completely absurd. They disagreed saying that it should cost 25$ or less. WHAT A JOKE! I am going to have to try a PayPal dispute process now to see if I can get anything back but I am losing hope.

I'm so glad I didn't buy anything from them! I chatted to them online and I found that the person who was on the other side - had no clue about the hair extensions or hair at all. And when I realised I asked if there is anyone who knows anything that I need to know, because it doesn't sound right as I'm a qualified hair extensionist? They hanged up on me :) so, now I found this review site- I'm so glad I didn't get trapped! Don't get scammed! Talk to the supplier first- and see how much support you can get first!
I purchased 7 hair extensions with clips. I received one pack of hair with 3 clips and some false lashes. The Lashes and clips were freebies. So where the heck is the 7 pieces of clips? The Rep said it was the correct package. Where are the clips and it is one piece of Hair one Track. How do I get them to communicate with me?

I payed over £12 pound for 3-5 day and 2weeks later I was still waiting for my extensions to arrive! When I emailed them so see where my order was they eventually emailed back several days later to inform me that my order hadn't even been processed yet &that I would be waiting at least a further 2 weeks for it. I asked for a refund on my delivery as I had been robbed of this and they refused to re submit that. I also asked for a refund which they agreed (no refund for the delivery or for the stress I underwent) it has now been 2 months and I still haven't been refunded. Do not order of this company if you don't like to see your money go down the drain.
This is the second time i ordered extensions from these people snd neither time was right i ordered blond they sent me brown i lost $120 just like that!
