Ordered package aug 12 2021 and paid for shipping 6 to 8 business days. Received order # but nothing at all since I purchased from company. You cant email or call because email is not in service and phone number just rings and never gets answered. This company should be put outta business! Scam and horrible services

This company is a fraud, I placed an order for clip in hair extensions over a week ago and they refuse to give me a tracking number. Every time I contact their awful customer service department they say I will have one within 24 hours. 70 dollars of my hard earned money down the toilet with nothing to show for it. Whatever you do stay away from these scam artist unless you want to lose your money along with your sanity dealing with these people

Frustration, anger are two good words to start with the others I can't type. I placed an order for over $200. I never received $171 of that order. I have sent abut 10 emails, and received one response telling me it arrived (yeah with a 1/3 of what I actually paid for). The phone number just rings, there's no live chat. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK ~! I would never use these scam artist again. Only cowards take your money and hide behind a computer.

Inconsistent extensions. Thick at the top, extremely wispy at the bottom. They claimed it was because the hair was "pre-layered". Riiight. I asked for a refund for my $90 order and was told I could get $10 back. I asked if that's really the best they could do and they asked me to either accept or they'll stop contacting me. Trust me, don't do it, it must be from China and it definitely Doesn't look like the pictures. The picture is 5 rows of extensions on top of each other.

This company is a SCAM. I had paid for extensions that were supposed to be 100% remy hair but it is MIXED hair. So half human, half synthetic. I reached out to customer service and sent them pictures to prove this. They did NOT help me, they told me it's my problem that I don't trust them. In the pictures you could see how the synthetic hairs in the extensions did NOT dye and were all fried up. I will alwsys advice people against this AWFUL company and terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service and return policy. My bank stopped payment until I approved the transaction because they aren't credible, I should've saw this coming. Once I received the order it was the wrong color. You need to know there is a BS 30% restocking fee subtracted from your refund ALSO they are trying to take shipping costs from my refund that I already paid for. 4 weeks later, we are still emailing back and forth disputing and still no refund. SCAM ARTISTS.

Horrible business, don't buy from hairextensionbuy.com- complete scam. And they wont refund or accommodate, language barrier during communication, chunks of hair fell out the day i opened the package, before i even wore them- and black hair undyed in blonde extensions. Very thin hair with gaps and chunks that fall out. Go with any other company for your extensions, please, its not worth the trouble!

I have extension since many years and this hair is definitely not human hair. If there is human hair in the bundle it is max. 20%, so this would be a grade 3 hair (highest being 8) or in other measuring scales a Type D hair (A being the best). The measurement are based on how much % of synthetic hair is mixed in.
I talked to the seller, they insisted it is human hair. Communication was reliable and fast. Color is nice, shipping was slow.
I could return them but there is handling fee of 30% (!), and the shipment cost (to China!) is on me.
Decided not to ship back but to never by again form this seller. First and last time.
I also noted that if you want to leave a review you dont have the possibility to choose other than all 5 stars this really is fraud.
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering and has taught me 225 dollar lesson.

I wish I could give them a zero because that's what they deserve. The hair I received is completely synthetic not even close to what they advertise. I sent it back and filed a dispute on PayPal and after weeks of going back and forth they agreed on a full refund. (Because normally they charge 30% restocking fee. Joke). Then when my PayPal dispute ran out I got an email from them saying we will only refund you 70% hope you understand! These people are a joke! I'd rather shave my head before EVER ordering from this company again! They should be shut down. Dishonest scammers. If you're thinking about ordering from this company PLEASE DO NOT it will be a huge mistake. I wish I knew before what I was getting myself into.
