I purchase some hair and it did not arrive at my address and was sent back to the agency. And customer service was telling me I was not going to get a full refund they were going to take 70%of what I paid... but I never even got the product. Therefore, I requested product be mailed back out but when I did receive it I was very very very disappointed. I requested a refund. And they were screaming still 70% I will not receive a ripe off. I revisit the website and refund policy stated 30% charge for restock fee for product they will not use again... OMG I WILL NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY... RUN BEFORE YOU CLICK THE BUTTON TO PURCHASE.

I bought these with the intention of coloring them. They claim to be 100% human hair which they are not. I am a licenced stylist and have tried to use a professional color that you can only purchase with a licence on these. It only colored 1/2 of the extentions which means that the other half of the hair is not rea because the color didnt even stick. I tried to call in and talk to a rep but the 1st time they told me that they only delt with dales over the phone. I attempted to email and they did not respod to me with in 24 hrs as i was told. The 2nd and 3rd times i tried to call they did not answer and sent me straight to voice mail and i called them a 4th time less than a minute from the 3rd call on a different phone and they answered right away. This is the worst customer service i have ever recieved. Plus you can only leave a 5 star review which is bull $#*!.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS! CLAIM TO USE "REAL HAIR" BUT IT IS ACTUALLY SYNTHETIC! I FOUND OUT AFTER THE EXTENSIONS CAUGHT ON FIRE IN MY HAIR AND BURNT MY HEAD, HAIR AND SCALP!

I order from this company last year. I ordered purple ombre. First of all it took 3 months and several phone calls and emails to this company to even get my order after the money was taKen from my account. When I fiNelly got this hair it was nothing like advertised the colour was more of a raspberry colour nothing close to the purple the advertised. I contacted the company and the few times they did answer my emails or phone calls I was sent from 1 department to the next to the next. I found that they had a Facebook page and commented that they were scam artists encouraging other women not to buy there products. I put a pic of what I ordered and what I got up on their site. When many women commented that they were going to cancel Thier orders or that they would not order I got a message from this company accusinge of slander. When I told them I would contact a lawyer and Sue them false advertising and harassment that is when I got and apology and anot offer to refund back my money. It took several months of back and forth to get only part of my money refunded a year later and I still have not gotten allyourone year back

I've ordered from this company about 5 or 6 times. I was satified with the quality hair and shipping times until my last order which was almost 2 months ago that I still haven't received. I contacted customer 2 weeks after placing my order and was told it shipped and was given a tracking number. When tracked it says its a pre-shipment, meaning they are preparing to ship it. Its been 2 months and still nothing has changed. It still says its in china and its preparing to ship. When I contact the company they say that the shipping information isn't up to date and that its shipped but yet they don't show any proof of it. I am a regular online shopper and haven't had any issues with usps or other shipping agenices tracking systems. I doubt it takes 2 months to update a shipping record of an item. I was told 6 days ago that they would send it again as express and send me a new tracking number... still no word or package from them. I am beyond fusterated now. I wanted to have these in time for the beyonce concert I just attended and didn't. Now I'm just over it and want my money back. As for the quality of the hair from past experience, its ok. I don't wear it for long periods of time nor do I dye it so I haven't encountered some of the other issues others have. I have notice that the cury hair does become very tangled and matted after time which can be a pain to detangle. I rather toss is and buy a new bundle.

I've had extensions for years so I know quite a bit about them. I had a friend tell me that she ordered hers online and it was cheaper than going to the local beauty supply store so I tried this site and it was the worst experience EVER.

My hair came weeks late- and when it came it was so thin it was useless. Wasted $80. The reason I chose this site to order from was because it said returns were accepted- but they aren't unless you want to pay to sent a package to China and pay a 30% fee. Well I'm still in the process of trying to return but no one from hair extension buy has responded to me. When you call the help number it rings and goes to a shady voice mail system.

The hair its self was most definitely not real hair. I didn't even take it out of its original packaging because as soon as I saw it I knew I would be returning it. I could see at the clips the hair was falling out and the clips were cheap and not sewed on right.

I think this website is a complete scam. It writes on the invoice "$20 low" (so you don't get taxed? SEEMS ILLEGAL TO ME)

I wish I would have searched harder for reviews- I saw the youtube reviews and thought that must mean it was a good company- it is most definitely a total waste of money and I will be posting reviews everywhere and hopefully I can save another poor college student from wasting $80 on useless hair.

And if hair extension buy does not refund me my money I will be working with my credit card company to fight it.

My best advice to anyone who bought the hair and is stuck with it is to take LOTS of pictures of the garbage hair as proof that what you received is not what you ordered and paid for.

I wanted to create my own ombré. So first I bought medium golden brown and dyed the top dark brown n the bottom bleached blonde. It looked great until I washed it out and the blonde had black hairs through the blonde that wouldn't dye and it came out grayish... I DOUBT it's 100% human hair, so I bought blonde thinking I can't go wrong coloring it darker right? WRONG! When I dyed the top dark brown it still had blonde strands ALL THROUGH IT! Like the synthetic hair isn't dyable?! Nonsense! Worst hair! Lost hundreds of dollars. THANKS HAIREXTENSIONBUY YOU LOST A LOYAL CUSTY N MANY MORE TO COME!

If i were you. I wouldnt give this company your money. A friend and i ordered hair extensions and got it 2 weeks later. (website listed it as 5-7 bussiness days) we didnt complain. When it came i was shocked. I ordered blonde hair #6 and it was dark brown? My friends hair was a dark black when she ordered a lighter black but it still worked for her. But for mine i needed to change it to an actual blonde. I was hesitant as i read reviews online that they dont even send you anything back. I told them i wanted to exchange the item and they said no it takes too long to process... if you want you can have a $5 discount? Really... thats not really a professional response and i paid way more than $5 can compensate. So i responded that i would not exept their $5 and wanted to do an exchange. (btw my friend really liked hers so far)

AND Stupid me, i ordered another extension set online because i was very impatient and paid express shipping. Waiting a week and half and my shipping status was still at processing.

Hmm. That doesnt make sense. Why would i purchase a new set and pay for express shipping if i didnt want them right away...? I found it very unprofessional, rude and this had very poor grammer...

I asked them to cancel my order as i will not wait another 5-7 days for them to actually ship my order than who knows how long that will take me...

Hope no one has to go through the headache i have with this company.
