I have ordered from Fashion Nova multiple times and they have gotten my address wrong multiple times. On these occasions I had to e-mail back and forth to get my money returned. Although those were resolved, it took much time on my end for their own error that I was not happy with... As if this wasn't bad enough I got a pair of pants that were not long enough (TALL GIRLS BEWARE!) and i returned them. I NEVER got return credit for them... Not because they weren't returned on time but because they never processed this return. ALL OF MY INFORMATION WAS ON THIS PACKAGE and i returned it with the original receipt and packaging within a week's time. Erica C got back to me and told me that because I sent the tracking information late that I could not get a refund. RIDICULOUS. Don't let celebrities fool you into thinking this is a legit business. I HATE HATE HATE writing negative reviews and rarely do but once I have a handful of negative experience I HAVE to! I work in retail and customers can be terrible and complain about things that are out of my control, this was in their control yet they did absolutely nothing to handle it correct me but ask for shipping information that they should have already had. I am a busy person and I had to not only worry if something is going to get to my door but also worry that they will overlook my return.
