“TOTAL SCAM”

I purchased a flip in hair extension & sent a photo of my hair so they could match my hair colour. After much toing & throwing they recommend a colour. I ordered it & the colour wasn't even close. I asked for a refund & they said no & said they would exchange it for a different colour. I sent the extension back & have not received a refund or an exchange. So my advise is to save your money as this site is a total scam
