I booked x3 rooms for 10-19-23 to 10-21-23 for my daughter's wedding. I paid $336.11 for room#324, and paid $314.55 for room#322. These two rooms was directly next to each other. The other wedding guest stayed in the room#323 directly across the hall. All of us reported bed bugs in our hotel rooms sometime in the time frame of 12:36am the early morning on 10-20-23. The hotel personnel on duty told us there was no rooms available to move us to because she had to relocate other guests to different rooms for the bed bugs in their rooms. The hotel personnel told us to go to another hotel or see if we could stay with some of the other wedding guess in their rooms who are located in the hotel on another floor. We did not receive any compensation for the bed bugs from LaQuinta. I requested a refund for one day for each of the rooms I paid for but so far they are refusing to do so. Debora Bernal
Room was dirty, we got 2 rooms one for the adults and one for the kids and they didn't let us put the rooms together, we tried to get a refund they said no, someone reserved some seats for the pool and the people said they can't do that so we sat down and she came arguing and we went to complain they didn't tell her nothing
I have stayed here many times. It used to be good. They used to serve a nice breakfast. Now it seems they don't want you to sit down at their table to eat. I don't like room service. The food isn't as good as it once was. I was charged twice for the same room.

September stayed 1 night, physically went in asked for 1 room and was billed for 3, disputed the 2 extra room charges and my credit card credited my account, then got charged again for the 2 extra rooms. Accidentally clicked on their link thinking I was booking directly with Holiday Inn Express. It was an ad link. Charged $105 more than the reservation rate had I called or used the actual holiday inn website or called. They put the charges on my CC referencing a hotel in another state to add to the CC confusion. DO NOT use this SCAM Company.
Now they add that they are sorry in the comments below and ask for my contact info because they "will help with my concerns." What help are you willing to provide now that you have scammed my money? It is impossible to reach them as their phone service is autobotted to frustrate you and refer you to call the hotel where the reservation was made. You will never reach a live person. Good luck. I paid Euro 906 to them for room bookings and they charged me an additional Euro 457 for 'taxes, cleaning, recovery fees'. They disguise their website to look very like the hotel website which is part of the trickery. They seem to be linked to getaroom.com. I have emailed them to no avail. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THEM!

I made a reservation, I received the charge in my credit card but no reservation/confirmation number was received.
There is no way to contact someone to help (by emal or phone).
The charge received in my credit card looks like was made to the hotel considered in my reservation. The hotel is not affiliated at Guest Reservations and they don't know this platform.

Explained upon checkin that we would be splitting the check. Young lady was polite and said nonissue and it would be done upon checkout. Went to check out on our date indicated and was told the one card was already charged. We explained that to the three ladies behind the counter "i didn't have nothing to do with that" came out a few times with a few "sir, we can't do anything about that now and you should've explained that upon checking in". No one cares about your issues here, they're your issues and yours alone. Do not expect any help at the counter for any problems. I did notice that the crew seemed to be nicer to the black community and not a tall white man. I told a lady good morning at the breakfast area, no response, guessing white people are not welcome there. Will not be back.
My senior parents spent a week at this hotel. They asked for a fridge and we're told they would try and get one. Never happened we asked a few times
The rooms are. Not designed for seniors. The chairs are very low like floor height. When asked if they had other rooms with normal chairs it landed on deaf ears AGAIN
Hotel offered my parents a hotel discount for the next stay to compensate for the inconvenience?!
Will not return. Seniors stay away it's not comfortable if you are spending anytime in the room
Oh and the lights are all connected so if you need to use the washroom in the middle of the night ALL THE LIGHTS TURN ON! And you have to insert a card to operate the lights lol

I accidentally booked the wrong dates. I immediately called back and tried to correct the dates and was told it was non refundable and they could not help me. I will call the hotel directly and I'm sure they will make the change. I will never use this site again.

I just moved here a few months ago from manassas, and so i wanted to have my 2 boys come here to visit, and to stay at a decent motel for the weekend, but i guess because of my address that disqualifies me from staying at the Clarion. Made a room reservation with, I assumed was Hilton. I made the reservation at 10:30A.M. On August 24,2023. 90 minutes later, I called to cancel the reservation and was told that there was nothing that could be done for me. AVOID AT ALL COST!
We were searching for a specific Hotel in Mauritius for a business trip for one of our Directors. The approach to the website was as read in previous complaints seen as the original Hotel's website.
Unfortunately, the person making the booking did not thoroughly investigate the site and went ahead in making the booking thinking this was the Hotel direct.
The booking was made and the Hotel confirmed the booking, but we needed a Tax Invoice. We were led to various parties being involved in this booking.
From the Hotel to Agoda.com, from Agoda.com to Priceline.com and then back to Guest Reservations.com with NO SUCCESS in obtaining the invoice.
The website is easy to use and quick to respond to when you still have to make the booking but the minute that the booking is paid, you can't obtain booking details etc. Then the site hangs on completing the prompts.
After three months of emailing various parties and sending WhatsApp, we received an email this morning offering 25% discount on our next booking with them...give them credit, they are persistent in making money!

I contacted Hilton Honors and the Hampton Inn directly in Sweetwater,Tx. I did an online chat. I emailed. All I wanted to do was cancel a reservation due to a family emergency. They would not cancel and refund our money. So sad. We are a loyal customer. We booked it 5 months in advance and now cannot make it. They stated it was the way I booked it. I made a mistake and did not mean to book it with AAA discount or whatever they said I did. I am old and made a mistake. It would have been so simple for Hilton Honors/Hampton to cancel and refund however they chose not to. Basically spitting in the face of a loyal customer. I booked for the wrong dates. I visited hotel in person to ensure all was well. I was assured all was well and that the reservation was cancelled ( for 2 months down the road). I saw that I was charged for the room (even though I had cancelled and it was clear I was not in the room). I called and they refused to offer me a refund. That is BAD customer service. The employees refused to accommodate me and my children after making an accident in my booking with it saying the room was for two adults where it was actually for 1 adult and 2 children. On their website their policies claim that they can accommodate children for free as well as free breakfast. Furthermore, they asked for id from my children and claimed it was on their policies and i checked twice and it was not there! Theyre both immoral and filthy liars. The site intentionally misleads you into thinking they are apart of the hotel which they aren't. They then show one price and after taking your card info ask you to confirm this price. Problem is the actual price being charge is lower down on the page and is extortionately higher. Additionally you can't cancel because it's 'non-refundable' but when call the hotel they show they don't even have a reservation made. This site is a scam and it's amazing they let it stay up

Booked through this company for three nights in Hue Hin, Thailand. After you make the payment they invoice you for nearly double the price, very hard to get hold of the company from Thailand. When I eventually got through to them by asking to make a booking, they refused stating their policy was none refundable. I might add they I was unaware this is an USA company if I had know I would not have booked with them as I have past experience of being scammed my American companies thru Google.
Strangely this never happens with other countries perhaps the USA should copy the Chinese business practices.
