It was my first time purchasing from guess factory at first I was scared because All the reviews I seen seen but then I'm like F it I'm going to order it. My package came in 4 days it came in very good condition so for me my experience went very great
Today, my wife (a physician by profession) along with 2 kids (8 years old and 1 year old) shopped at Premium Outlet mall. At Guess store (******* Quil Ceda Blvd Suite 500, Tulalip, WA *******), the customer service was highly highly unprofessional. As she a ton of bags from other places she shopped, she kept the bags in the center couch / table like couch with my son. They forgot the bag at 6:10 and came back between 6:15-6:18. The store manager was highly unreasonable and asked her to leave the store instead of helping her out. When we asked about checking in the camera and her response was things gets stolen all the time and camera are not for that purpose (the response seemed fishy to me...). She also asked us to leave the store. I called nine one one to report the stealing in response to which she also called the alliance security. The security guy was highly reasonable and took our report even though when we were reporting the store manager tried to go back from her stance. Since it was getting late, I just relied on stealing report to alliance security and asked nine one one to stop their due process. I also plan to reach out to the Guess Regional manager to report this incident. It should be all recorded on camera.
In short, highly un-professional staff with lack of ethics and compassion for the suffering ones. Lack of regard as well. The store manager does not deserve to be at this location. I don't know how the company hired her.
I bought a building from y'all and I never received it. 4/1/21. If I don't receive my building I want my refund.
I am in ove. With all.the clothes I order. My only issue was the sandals they were to small. I were a 7.5 but ordered a 8 to small. The shipping was fasted. I felt the need to review because I had seen negative reviews. I will definitely ordered fro. Here agian!
Please do not purchase from the guess factory. On february 1st i ordered an item and it showed up as delivered but no where to be found, so i contacted them, they refunded my money and let me place a new order for the same item at the same price, the SAME THING happened with my second order, i did not recieve it although it says delivered and neither has my first order showed up! I believe this entire site is a scam and they do not actually ship out items. Refering to the tracking information it was shipped from montreal and within a day arrived to my location and was suppposedly "delivered" seems like a scam. Just avoid this site at all costs no matter how good the prices look,
I ordered the "Tylar Quilted Logo Wallet" from GBG through Guess Factory on Sunday January 17th 2020. It was shipped the next day January 18th which I did not expect because there was a warning that orders might take longer to ship due to Covid. The wallet showed up at my house this morning January 19th in great condition, it's a very high quality product. The thank you note was a nice touch. Once again, I recommend ordering from Guess Factory.
I am a first time online customer from the Bahamas who spent about $160 and also my cousin who sprnt about $130 and we have not received our items yet. This was from over a month ago and to make it worse I recommended this site to others but they are really doing alot of bad business. I just need someone to really help my cousin and I to get our things or our monies back.
Had awful experience, received both the bags in weird condition, one of the bag had scratches and other bag had broken strap and unfunctional zip. BEWARE bad service and would not recommend as it is poor value for money!
The website says Free tote w/ orders $125+. Well, I made a purchase of $150 but never receive a free tote. The only reason that I spent more than $100 dollars was because I wanted the Free tote. I'm very upset all lies
So, the item is a good, but not great. I was so excited when it arrived but not only that it didn't follow the instructions that is clearly posted in there, but upon opening the package, the crevices of the item is dusty. A little bit of the sewing in the crevices Are also a little torn. You can't see it at first glance but I just happen to be quite observant. The problem is the quality issues, but you get what you paid for.
I placed an order with this company and made sure to read the fine print regarding returns. They assure you that returns are no hassle - that is not the case. Firstly, they do not advise you that shipping costs will be $26 between Toronto and Montreal. When you place your order, the payment is processed immediately - when you return the goods (even if immediately done) the waiting period is 18 business days upon receipt of the return. This is an outrageous policy. I have the utmost sympathy for the struggles that businesses must endure while we struggle through this pandemic, however this is outrageous. Goodbye Guess - you won't be seeing an order from me again and I will make it my responsibility to advise other unsuspecting consumers of your unprofessional tactics.

I ordered a pair of Sienna jeans online Sunday, they were delivered the following Wednesday I used standard delivery, they were packaged really good and included was a thank you card very nice touch. I did not like the way the sienna jeans fit so I returned them to Guess factory outlet in Desert Hills, Ca. I was approached by two sales people that asked how they could be of service I told them that I purchased the Sienna jeans online but did not like the fit on me so they said they would be happy to exchange or return whatever would make me happy so I decided to exchange for the Nova jeans, I absolutely love the style and fit. Customer Service at Guess is wonderful I've never experienced bad customer service at Guess, Marciano or Guess factory. You will be treated the way you treat people in life. Some people you just can't satisfy Guess is number one and will always be in my eyes. I have a 15 year old pair of guess that I still wear so quality is excellent. Thank you Guess don't change a thing please make the black skinny cordoroy again they are the blackest softest pants I own.
My package was lost and at first they were going to start an investigation. Then I recieved an email saying they were going to credit me back, ok fine but didn't credit my shipping or tax! If I NEVER received the items why am I being charged shipping and taxes. You all try to find a way to rip folks off I guess. Still will never shop again and I will tell everyone how tacky guess factory is. I don't even give ya'll 0 stars but since I have to here is 1
I wanted to cancel my order which i didn't receive on time. I was talking to Alaxis Zavala over phone and I would say he is the best person you can talk to. I was so worried about cancelling my order coz I read too many bad reviews about customer service experience. I was so surprised as he is totally opposite of what people is saying. So polite, nice and understanding. He owns the personality of hospitable person. He knows what he can he do to satisfy his customer. Best person, I am so happy. If I will shop again online will be only coz I was impressed by Alaxis service. Thank you for being awesome!
I ordered two times( hoodies, a tee shirt and a pair of boots) from guess factory and I received them 4 days later without any damage or anything. I love their products and also some times mishaps happen, so don't be disappointed only after any such occurrence of wrong or damaged products.
I placed an order online with a coupon and it showed the discount, after hitting the final button to place the ores I noticed that it did not show the discount so I called weigh way to speak to someone and was told they cannot do anything even tho it was their mistake. I spend hours on the phone and couldn't get this resolved. Spoke to a manager and still no help. Unbelievable, they will do anything to get your money.
I placed a large order online recently, and one of the palazzo pants came in torn on the side. I only realized when I wore them for the first time weeks later. I asked about an exchange, and they said they would look into it, but they just kept ignoring me after. Awful experience with Guess Factory, especially considering how much money I recently spent there both online and in-store.
I placed an online order on Saturday and paid the 2-day delivery fee of $15. Received the first alert that my delivery would arrive on Tuesday; OK I get it, Monday is Memorial Day.
It´s Monday and I just received a 2nd alert that my order will not arrive until Thursday. This is NOT 2-day delivery! This is the last time I shop with Guess Factory. I look forward to receiving a full refund of the 2-day delivery charge.
