Hands down the $#*!TIEST Customer Service ever- I stopped using them altogether a while ago but my sister got me a gift through them.
When I try to contact their $#*! customer support via the website, after I click the Groupon I need help with for "My Stuff", the browser just keeps resolving, around & around & then finally gives an error message "Oops, something went wrong".
The only thing that went wrong is that Groupon is too cheap to respect their customers with a functional customer oriented customer service- they are selfish!
Of course I can't reach anyone by phone. Now I will go to my 3 Social Media accounts to give a little blast on how disgusting Groupon really is to my thousands of friends & followers. You suck Groupon.
Groupon is another company that takes your money and could not care less if you get your product or in my case not, they will not help return phone calls when you do get to speak to someone they are rude and could not careless. They want you to deal with the company in my case is Car Audio Service to resolve but they do not reply to any contact whatsoever so back to Groupon who guess what asks me to contact Car Audio Services again. THIS IS THE WORSE COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU LIKE STRESS.
I had a credit from Ideeli once they officially merged with Groupin the credit is no where to be found. I'm going to start a class action suit against Groupon if I don't get my money in 7 days.
My boyfriend and I bought Groupons for 1 hour massages, after trying many times to book an appointment with the company we finally got appointments. Just to have the owner call us and cancel an hour before our appointments, due to his daughter breaking her arm. Which was absolutely understandable! He was supposed to reschedule us but then avoided every call and email from us about rescheduling. My boyfriend was deploying in the next month and I stressed this and how we would need to at least get him an appointment before he left as the Groupon would be well past expired once he got home. Still no response. Groupon was no help as they will not refund our money or help us get in touch with the owner. He ended up deploying and our groupons are now expired with no massages... big waste of money and time for something that is supposed to be relaxing.
I gave them two stars because I did buy one Groupon before this incident for extra tokens at an arcade while I was there and used it immediately. It saved us a little money but I would never use Groupon for anything else.
Deals can be great or a waste of time. I wish that they would let you know if a certificate is about to expire. I've not been able to use two that I bought because they expired.
This site really is bad with offers, most of the offers are fake and other site more better offers, event there are no review columns for people to put their comments about the product sold by them
Although they say they have some, like $10 off, or free shipping, you have to perform some other action, sell an item in 15 days or join a paid site before you get coupon. Waste of time.
Tried to purchase an item and just got an error message. Tried in multiple browsers. Customer service is non existent. Just gave up. Will purchase through a reputable retailer.
I purchased Denver Aquarium Package and it said processing may take up to 2 hrs. At the same exact time as my mther got her package and hers went through immediately. I wait 2 hrs and nothing! I contact customer service and explained we were going the next morning and this needed to be rectified now because we are going in the morning, have reservation time slot already and it had already been after the 2 hr mark. She said I can check you credit card numbers (huge red flag!), but it could take up to 24 hrs and I cant do anything plus she said that well the system doesn't show that the purchased failed or anything. I once again explained that this is not accurate because at this point my mother bought the package I did as a backup and yet again it went through immediately. So she said I could cancel my order and place another, I said no cancel it completely and I will never be using this company ever again! BS that nothing could not have been done further and to ask for someone's credit card information with out an ability to do anything is a huge red flag! Be aware of this company, all crappy products from china and they have sketchy people working there, with terrible customer service.
I am a big time online shopper. I can tell i've shopped almost all major online clothing companies for last 10 years. Ideeli website is the best clothing store you can imagine. The customer service is also very good. First i thought chatting customer service was a little lame but actually it works better than phone. The reps know what they are doing. Email replied within same day. I stop shopping nordstrom or macys or bloomingdales. I saw a number of bad reviews and i decided to write a real review for ideeli.com. When you order online you have to know very well about your body since you buy items without trying them. You have to be savvy to be a successful online shopper. I've order items from ideeli at least 3 times per month. I never disappointed with my purchase. Yes shipping is sometimes very slow but the price incredibly inexpensive for the brand names! If you need awesome dress for $50, you should be patient.it is worth it. If you are looking for a gorgeous dress and cheap and it should be delivered fast? Come on! Then go to neiman marcus and spend $300 for the dress you could get at ideeli for $50.
I recently purchased two groupon deals for The Chequers Pub in Lychtett Poole, Dorset. One was for a carvery for two, and when we went along for the meal the potatoes were rock hard as were the yorkshire puddings. The wine was almost undrinkable and the puddings (the menu said they were £3.50 each) were very tiny. The cream tea was even worse, with two small oblong iced cakes (the ones you get for 99p for 6) which were shop bought and like cardboard, along with scones that were bought in bulk and very small, cold and tasted dry. The sanwiches and tea were fine. The jam was just a red type of jam, no strawberries in it. Don't buy deals for this pub as you will be dissapointed. The tea cost £15.00 with a glass of sparking wine. You could have got a better tea in M&S or Debenhams.
I was told that Groupon contacted Quizno's to honor the groupons I purchased for use at this merchant. When I contacted them and spoke to the manager at Quizno's they in fact told me that they specifically told the representative at Groupon that they would NOT honor my groupons purchased. The merchant has told me to go back to Groupon to get my full refund for money spent. Being that I am the consumer, I shoudl not be the one in the middle of the conflict between groupon and quizno's. I paid groupon for a service I'm not receiving and at this point and being very patient, I should just get a full refund. Enough of this back and forth and putting the customer in the middle.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY. Never will buy anything from them again. They sent me the wrong item which was supposed to be my daughter's Christmas present and no response from customer service for 2 days, contact them again, and all they would do is refund my money. Never will shop with them again. If ZERO stars was an option, that is what they would get.

They used to be good0 No more! Like many companies today they bait and switch- prime you. -once you like the idea try it- then you are disappointed after the 1st decent transaction. I ordered a fur item- Brown- they sent me a Grey one! OMG - sure they will give you back a refund only if they take out 12% in return fees! Wow horrible- Why would I order anything from them again? They can't get it right- size, color - doesn't matter YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU ODERED- just what someone throws in to take your 12% and disappoint you. I see this site going downhill FAST
DO NOT PURCHASE CLOTHES FROM THIS WEBSITE. I ordered a dress from the site and it showed that it had been shipped to a different location. The woman I contacted via customer service said that they didn't know what happened to the package and now I have to wait an additional 8 days to get my package while they investigate why it got sent to the wrong address.

I purchased several items, including everything for my wife on our anniversary and other weekend entertainment (spas, dinner, after diner entertainment, home services, etc.). After spending over $400 for items, we tried to use the merchandise and services purchased. My account was deleted by Groupon, they did not have any record of my purchases, and refused to research or provide refunds. Even a partial refund could have been ok. On one occasion, we went to use our "tickets" for an outdoor activity and discovered that the company did not have any records of our purchase. We did try to use our items several times before the expiration date without success. We called customer service several times and on each call Groupon stated that we did not have an account even after we provided all information, including credit card receipts and confirmation from Groupon. Groupon insisted that we NEVER used their services, regardless of the confirmation emails received from Groupon. Groupon only stated that we did not have an account and if we did purchase, we did not use by the expiration date. They are making money by stealing from their customers.
Do your research on any company that you may consider purchasing a Groupon with. Some of the companies have horrible customer service and Groupon is unable to support any issues that may occur.
I placed my first order with ideeli (now called simply ideel) just last week right before I found all these negative reviews at sitejabber. Buyers' remorse set in immediately and I seriously considered cancelling my order. But first I wanted to do some price comparisons on the items I purchased. I was able to find comparable same brand items to 2, and identical items to 2 more of the 4 dresses I bought. Ideel had MUCH better prices on all but one of them (up to 3 x cheaper) and they were only $2 more on the 4th. So I decided to let her ride and didn't cancel my order. I was expecting a ridiculously long wait for my order to arrive - again based on reviews here - but was shocked when the tracking info indicated the delivery date, only 4 days from purchase. My package actually came today - 5 days (counting Saturday & Sunday) from the day I placed my order. Pretty darn good as far as I'm concerned. I haven't tried on my dresses yet, but they all look great out of the box. The fit and quality aren't really the seller's responsibility but I'll update my review when I've had a chance to try everything on.
UPDATE: After getting them home and trying on I'm pleased as punch with all four dresses purchased on this order. I've worn them all several times and the quality and fit are great. My 5 star rating stands!

A very good selection and price for many of 2015 holiday gifts. I would only advise consumers to double check for quality when the price is exceptionally low. Overall good value and convenience.
Answer: Yes, Groupon is legit. You need to read the fine print before ordering live event tickets- -they will not refund your money even if it's there fault. I only buy tickets for activities that don't expire or you can use the purchase price towards a non-Groupon service the vendor offers. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes, report it but using social media is a very effective way to get a companies attention. Spread the word, Groupon does not honor returns!
Answer: I usually call the merchants I am interested in before buying the coupons, and ask them if the groupon coupons work, and how much more I have to pay. You could do the same, contact the merchants you are interested in and ask them how groupon works for them?

Answer: I wish I could say why, but a solution might be to contact Call Curtis, or your local News station that helps with consumer issues. They always seem to get fast resolutions, because companies hate BAD TV PUBLICITY.

Answer: The one I took by Holly and Hugo at least were I would research the company before buying. Also about twice a year they put all their courses for $5! I got mine completed it and it helped boost my resume and I was able to get a vet assistant job pretty quickly compared to before where I only got a call back from about one place which didn't lead anywhere. :) hope I could help!
Answer: Well, it's not Ideeli anymore... it's been Ideel for about a year now I think. Yes, there is a customer support phone number. I've had nothing but good experiences from Ideel in all regards - product satisfaction, price, shipping, etc. - but I've never had to contact customer service so I don't know what you'll get, but they're phone number is (888) 835-1719.
Answer: They are the absolute worst about answering customer service complaints. They will lie, they literally told me customer service reps were out sick, thus no answer to my emails for about 2 weeks. But, don't loose hope, the DAY I posted a review on this site, they answered AND gave me a 25.00 credit for my trouble. So write a review on Site Jabber with all the details and a bet a manager will answer promptly. As this is their way, I NEVER ordered from the site again after at least 3 years of orders. Good Luck and don't leave a sordid detail out of your complaint.
