I sent my daughter in law Dachshund sneakers in August... I thought they were adorable and would make a unique gift. Just as they were to be delivered to my kids in California... they were forced to evacuate their home due to the fires!
I was very worried about them of course, and then I realized the shoes were on their way to LA!
I called Groove customer service and I spoke with the nicest most caring woman, Trish. She listened, was very empathetic and assured me she could make it right. 24 hrs later she informed me a new pair of shoes would be sent to my home in Illinois at no extra cost to me! The new shoes are on their way! In my mind, that's terrific customer service!
BTW, I also sent a pair of sneakers with chickens on them as a gift! They are very unique and fun.
In these uncertain times " fun" is at a premium.

I am telling you this from the bottom of my heart. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A WASTE OF TIME, MONEY AND ENERGY. SAVE YOURSELF! My mom and I bought two pairs of shoes from groove bags that had dash hounds on them because their her favorite animal and her whole life she's had them. The shoes were supposed to be for her birthday which was the 25th of May. The shoes were supposed to be here on may 6th. After about a week after the supposed arrival day, we emailed the company and asked for a refund, they responded with an apology and a new arrival date. Again, we waited until the day and 5 days after we emailed AGAIN they weren't here, we asked for a refund, and AGAIN they apologized and made yet ANOTHER arrival date, plus we checked the shoe location and it had been in New York for DAYS. We waited again and the shoes STILL HADNT CAME. By then her birthday had already passed with no news on the shoes. We waited and waited and decided to email ONE. FINAL. TIME. My mom wrote an angry email saying that the company was in our state and that we deserve a refund. They emailed another apology and that was it. The shoes arrived TWO MONTHS LATER. The quality in general was absolute garbage and a big waste of our time. It was embarrassing how this company runs and how fake they are. Don't waste your money on this company. Not only will your late gift be embarrassing but the quality is embarrassing too.

Even more fun are the designs for space, music, books & and anything else you can imagine because they have it covered! The shoes come in whole & half sizes and they have slip ons, and various types of tennis shoes plus different styles of boots.

Things. As a fairly new company they may have had growing pains, but I can attest from personal experience that their customer service has been more than satisfactory! Oh did I mention that they have the best specials? I especially love their "BOGO"! Now then it does take awhile to get your order as the items are made in China so don't expect Amazon or stateside delivery times! Never fear you will get your goodies & I'm sure you will be as happy with your order as I have been with all the things I havepurchased. Btw their totes are great I use them for dog grooming supplies, needlepoint yarns etc, piano music. They would also be wonderful in helping kids keep their things all neat & tidy! I ordered my shoes in February and they didn't show up until August. I had already given up on ever receiving them and reached out to the company twice about getting a refund with no response when the package showed up on my doorstep. When I opened the boxes I could immediately tell they were the cheapest shoes I'd ever seen, I could barely even squeeze my foot into the shoes because the material had no stretch whatsoever and the soles were literally falling out. They sent a little card with a bunch of stickers like small businesses sometimes do, and the only positive thing I got from the whole experience was a sticker of a pitbull surrounded by flowers.

Don't recommend.

Slow, Slow, Slow! Ordered shoes as a graduation gift for one daughter and a birthday gift for another daughter. Really proud of myself for finding a unique gift! Ordered in mid-May, the delivery time frame stated on the website appeared to be ample time to get the order for late June. I waited and waited, contacted them for delivery date- they told me to contact my post office for help, when my package was apparently stuck in customs- oh, by the way, site did not state that these were shipping from out of the country- they act like things ship from within the US. Long story short- my gifts did not arrive until mid July- I won't order again and I hope no one else does either!

Buyer beware! Absolute bogus, rip off, scam company! Placed order on February. Order didn't show up by end of March. Still didn't show up in April, May or June. When I tried to cancel, I was told to wait until they finally showed up, if and when ever that was, and return. Disputed with PayPal, still no refund. They would wait until the very last day to respond and responded with just a China post tracking number showing they were still sitting in China after months. "Shoes" finally showed up in trashed packaging. The cheapest made things I've ever seen. Smelled absolutely horrible of chemicals and didn't fit. Ordered size 9, they don't even fit my daughter who's size 6.

And to return and get a refund, I have to pay for postage.

Lesson learned for me, but heed the warnings of myself and others. Do not buy from this company.
