I ordered four pairs of shoes from this company on April 16. This is July 1 and I still have not received them. I contacted the company on June 2 and was told that deliveries were slow because of COVID 19. I understand that, but this is ridiculous. I do enough online ordering to know the extra wait time due to the pandemic. Nemo could have swam the shoes over here by now.
If I have not received the shoes or a refund by Friday July 3, I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau.
The CEO of this enterprise needs to either step down or get busy. Otherwise lackadaisical work standards and insufficient productivity are going to sink this ship. I would say that the Groove Bags corporation rates just under a corner lemonade stand managed by a seven year old and just above Nigerian phone scammers.
I ordered my shoes in February and they didn't show up until August. I had already given up on ever receiving them and reached out to the company twice about getting a refund with no response when the package showed up on my doorstep. When I opened the boxes I could immediately tell they were the cheapest shoes I'd ever seen, I could barely even squeeze my foot into the shoes because the material had no stretch whatsoever and the soles were literally falling out. They sent a little card with a bunch of stickers like small businesses sometimes do, and the only positive thing I got from the whole experience was a sticker of a pitbull surrounded by flowers.
Don't recommend.
I ordered two pairs of shoes in March and still have not received them. After asking for a refund, because I needed the money for work shoes, I was told over and over again about shipping delays and how they would refund me a 10 $ credit (which never happened by the way) and eventually ignored after asking AGAIN for a refund. I still haven't received my shoes and it's May 27,2029. I still need a refund, like now. They refuse to respond so I'm left with no option but to leave this review and warn others of their scam.
I ordered shoes back in January of 2020 and was excited about them as they were unique. DONT DO IT. I emailed them at month 4 asking for a refund and to cancel my order. They refused said they had already shipped and they credited me $10 instead... well it's month 7 now still no shoes and I've asked and asked for a refund to no avail and I'm moving next week so I guess I just wasted my time and money. Don't waste yours.
I have order two product but received only one after paying custom charges. They show as the company and product is from USA but you will receive low quality item at high price (and sometime do not receive) from china. I would never recommend this shop unless they improve their shipping and quality.

Can't walk - so much pain in my left knee after wearing the shoes for two days. Do to NO support. I have never had pain before in this knee and have to use crutches to get around that is how bad my pain is. Too bad because the shoes fit and I actually liked them even though they are not really well made. I really messed up my knees and will not be able to wear them anymore and wasted 45 dollars.
Ordered 2 pairs as a gift in April. I have not received them and the company won't provide a refund. Website states they are based in Washington state. I question this as no email responses during typical PST business hours. Thoroughly aggravated and wasted ~$60 with no gift to give. NOT PLEASED.
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes - one for myself and one for my daughter. They are really cute, but no stretch and even though I ordered a size larger than I normally would, they don't fit me. They took months to come.
I sent my daughter in law Dachshund sneakers in August... I thought they were adorable and would make a unique gift. Just as they were to be delivered to my kids in California... they were forced to evacuate their home due to the fires!
I was very worried about them of course, and then I realized the shoes were on their way to LA!
I called Groove customer service and I spoke with the nicest most caring woman, Trish. She listened, was very empathetic and assured me she could make it right. 24 hrs later she informed me a new pair of shoes would be sent to my home in Illinois at no extra cost to me! The new shoes are on their way! In my mind, that's terrific customer service!
BTW, I also sent a pair of sneakers with chickens on them as a gift! They are very unique and fun.
In these uncertain times " fun" is at a premium.

I wish I had read the other reviews before ordering. I would give 0 stars if it were possible.
I used their size charts to order and the sizes I got still were all way too big. Shipping took forever, and was from CHINA which they never mentioned on their website, not even on their "About Us" page, which said they're in Washington state.
The shoes stunk terribly! A very strong chemical smell which did not get less after opening.
They were also of really poor, cheapest quality!
On top of all that, upon mentioning the about things in an email to their customer service, I got a rude reply placing the blame on me for ordering the wrong size, for not paying extra for expedited shipping, etc.
Besides that, I'm required to pay the return shipping myself! (At least only to Washington state and not to China.)
Please save yourself the trouble and waste of time, energy and money. Yes, their stuff looks cute online, but that's not what you get.:-(

I ordered these because I loved the designs, particularly the book designs as I am an ELA teacher. The shoes took a few weeks to arrive. They fit well, and are super cute to look at. They are made very cheaply though, if low quality material. The tread has NO traction - none. The overall quality gives them a flimsy feel, and I'm not anticipating that they hold up for long. If you want a cute show that fits well, this is it. But for quality and endurance, look elsewhere. I'm glad I bought them because they are so cute, but I'm worried about sliding down my school hallways.
They are very pretty. I thought the background color would be white but it is soft pink. I still love them. They are very flat like Converse, no arch in them. They run pretty true to size. I've only worn them twice and received four compliments on them from strangers.
I ordered these sneakers back when the world was normal! In any event, the shipping took forever, but there was constant communication from GrooveBags which was very thoughtful! I took advantage of the buy one, get one 50% off sale. You cannot beat two pairs of adorable sneakers for the price! They are super cute and surprisingly comfortable! I only wish they were made in North America! Great product however!
Groove bags (not all they sell by a long shot) with Boots, shoes and handbags in beautiful artworks and great quality. I have been shopping with them for years and have bought many gifts for friends too.
While I am aware that your company isn't responsible for global delays! It should be responsible for maintaining open communication channels with customers.
When your company first alerted customers to the delays. I immediately wrote requesting that you cancel my order and refund the purchase. An option your company offered. There was no response! Nobody addressed ANY of my emails... Yes I can see my order is coming (so is Christmas btw), but the issue here is your customer communication or lack there of. I would not even be writing this if you had simply canceled and refunded my order at the time.
Shipped directly from Fujian China. Save your money. The boxer bag I bought was cheap vinyl. Legitimate companies give away better quality bags for free. No phone, no email, no customer service. Don't waste your time or money.
First if all there is no preview to see how photo will look on shoes before they print it. Once they send u the item they can't be bothered if you are unhappy with the final product. They just tell you that they did the best with what they had instead of requesting a better pictire. Very unprofessional and not equipped to deal with clients.
When I saw an ad for this company, I immediately made a purchase after seeing that they are based in the U.S. and their masks looked fun and provided safety with filters and nose pieces. The first batch of masks that I received were great but then as time went on, I wasnt so impressed. The masks are produced outside of the US which means that it takes a month or so to receive the order. So when I received the wrong order recently, I contacted the company (whose office is in the U.S.) and they refused to refund the $25 in shipping that I wasted and they gave me $5 off of my $100+ order. After numerous emails, I finally received the correct order BUT the masks no longer have a seam to insert the nose piece. No longer impressed.
I had a great experience with Groove Bags this Holiday. I ordered two pair of shoes for my son for Chritmas. They arrived when they said they would. Not the case with all packages this year and this past December...
Due to my bad ordering the shoes were too small. I emailed to see if I could exchange for a larger size. I got a very quick response just needing to verify new sizes, so they could send them right out. Best part is I don't need to do anything, and can donate the shoes that are too small to a shelter that can use them. Win, win, I love any company that does this!
My son absolutly loved the patterns on the shoes, and cannot wait for the new ones to arrive!
