I ordered four pairs of shoes from this company on April 16. This is July 1 and I still have not received them. I contacted the company on June 2 and was told that deliveries were slow because of COVID 19. I understand that, but this is ridiculous. I do enough online ordering to know the extra wait time due to the pandemic. Nemo could have swam the shoes over here by now.
If I have not received the shoes or a refund by Friday July 3, I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau.
The CEO of this enterprise needs to either step down or get busy. Otherwise lackadaisical work standards and insufficient productivity are going to sink this ship. I would say that the Groove Bags corporation rates just under a corner lemonade stand managed by a seven year old and just above Nigerian phone scammers.
