I've ordered multiple shoes over the years, and the designs are great. I'm a middle school science teacher and these shoes are a fun way incorporate science and get the students talking. Shoes look great and and the customer service is one of the best I've seen. I accidently ordered the wrong size of shoe, but they were more than willing to accomodate me and send me the correct size. Despite the pandemic, the shoes arrived within a reasonable amount of time.
I love everything I have bought from you but this latest order was all for me. Usually I am spoiling one of my neices or sisters but this bag is all mine and it is wonderful. The shoes I ordered were to narrow for my foot. They offered to replace with a different size, but that wouldn't fix the narrow issue. I sent the shoes back and I am waiting for a refund. /
I have purchased several items from Groove Bags. Every time I wear one of my stunning and colorful sneakers I get stopped and complimented on them. Colors are vivid and designs are so creative. There is a wide selection of items to choose from. I have pillow covers, totes, casual shoes and several pair of sneakers - they are all so unique. They make wonderful gifts. I paid $60 for a pair of slip on shoes, thinking they are so cute and look great in the picture. I received them very late and when I finally received them they were a $5 pair of cheap shoes. Cardboard soles and the material was so hard and wide. The size I received said it was a 7 1/2 but they are more like 8 1/2.
My Friends were "OH MY GOD these shoes are JUNK!
The shoes are not worth what they want for them. They won't let me return them!
All the bags i viewed were of different types. All varieties of bags are availablem that was a difficult task to do so (good one). But there is one for everyone.
The website and their "customer reviews" fooled me. I received my shoes after 1 month and was shocked at the cheap quality. The canvas is very rough and hard and it hurts my feet. The value of these shoes are worth probably no more than USD10 but i paid USD40! They are made in China!
I would love to tell you how they are but they never came! Ordered back in March never got a confirmation. Spent $58 thought I picked a bogo with two corgi shoes. NOPE they sent one of what I wanted and some other they picked. So in April I sent another email asking where they were got sent another email, said they were still in China (granted I get COVID. Here we are into July and they are Some where in the US with no eta. Had I known it would taken this long for a pair of shoes I would've just ordered locally. I honestly would just like a refund bc now I'm reading that the show quality is not great either. What's even more fantastic is might be moving in a few months and god knows if I ever see these shoes. So I wasted 50 something bucks on shoes I will probably never see. Do yourself a favor and find something cute in Etsy or just buy from some where else.
Last month I bought a mask and was very satisfied. It is a science mask and the colors are very beautiful and vivid. The quality of the mask is very good. It was accompanied by two filters which are very helpful. I am very satisfied with the beautiful design of the mask, its good fit and its perfect quality. I am also very satisfied with the very good service of the company. I was constantly informed about the shipment of the mask from the day of the order until the day of its receipt. I recommend it to all. Perfect! Excellent!
I ordered in March, after thinking the company was US based. The shoes actually come from China. My shoes have been sitting in the same facility in China since they shipped, the first week of May. I messaged the company and asked if there was any updates on when shipments will start again, as these were a gift and at this point aren't needed, but still wanted since I paid a lot more than I've ever spent on a pair of shoes. The company replied saying they have no control, and even said the shoes were probably already on their way, but shipping just wasn't being updated. That was two weeks ago. I still haven't received them, or had shipping updated. Today is June 11th 2020, and from other reviews, I see that I will not be getting my money back either.

Due to Covid and availability of in store shopping i started my Christmas shopping in the fallI ordered the buy 1 get 1 free shoes and i ordered the incorrect size. I had placed my order on September 26 & received it on October 22, i was expecting that it would take some time to receive as the shipment came from China so i was pleased with the shipping time.
I had contacted Groove Bags about their return policy (and explained they were ordered as a Christmas gift) and was told that normally it is a 30 day return policy but due to shipping time from covid they would gladly exchange them. I was very pleased with the prompt response and the effort made to get me the correct size. I am pleased with the excellent customer service provided and will be definitely ordering again now that i know the correct shoe size (note: i am in Canada so i was unfamiliar with US/UK) shoe sizing)

I got lured into their site from a Facebook ad, and purchased two pairs of shoes on March 17. They shipped on April 2, from China! I started getting suspicious and the tracking they provide is practically a joke. The last update was on April 3. I am writing this on May 7, and I still haven't received my order. I emailed them on April 22, they told me there was a global delay due to COVID-19. I ordered stuff from the UK, and they arrived on time. Global delay much? I emailed again on May 5, and no answer was received. I just emailed them the 3rd time. It's not worth the hassle!
I have a wide foot so they are a little tight. I'm going the canvas will loosen up. I would add an insert if there was room. Not a lot of support. Bottom only foam and slight padding inside..
I bought sneakers for work thinking they'd be cheap and nasty. They were so comfy (I'm a dog trainer so I walk miles), the pattern was amazing and I LOVED them... so I bought 4 more pairs. Great price as I bought them in the BOGO sale too - worked out as under $40 for a pair of sneakers.
So, I went a little crazy ordering several pairs of dog slip on shoes LOL! Had a little hiccup with the breed of dog that I ordered vs what I received! But, after a email to Customer Service, Trish went above and beyond to correct my order and get me the right "Dog"! I had ordered "Pugs in Space" but received Beagles instead! Not, that I have anything against Beagles, they just weren't Pugs!
Like I said, Trish with Customer Service was amazing and very understanding! The shoes fit great and are very well made, I definitely recommend getting a pair or two!
30 bucks. Sent me incorrect size. Un returnable. Could be 8 1/2 if I had to guess. I wear 11. Supposed to be a xmas gift from my wife. She is not happy.
