I've never got a product I didn't like twice and love a majority of what I try. I would suggest putting a search bar on the mobile site to rate the food. It just takes way too much time to scroll down through them all. I would also like to try some of the food items that only come in the bigger sizes in our 8 piece box. I just don't understand why I would need to purchase a separate kind of box.

I had heard about Graze and noticed the advertising. It seemed be an interesting product. I was always looking for a nutritional snack instead of the standard fruit fair. So one day, I found a Groupon for Graze and I'm hooked! I would recommend it to everyone. They taste great and you aren't overloaded with wasted calories. Graze is awesome!
Our family has been completely happy with our snacks. Every week we're excited to see what new treats we're getting. It's like Christmas once a week!
The food is great, but I don't feel I get $12 worth of food in the 8 snack packs.
I love getting a new snack box every week. I have shared with friends and they are so packable, a plus.
Love the shipments... but I'm on a limited income and have to eliminate all but necessary expenditures... therefore I am forced to cancel ALL future shipments IMMEDIATELY.

My family and I love Graze because we are able to choose snacks based on our taste and dietary preferences, they are sent to our house, and all we have to do is grab and go. It totally fits our busy lifestyles.
There is a wide variety of choices but of medical issues I am limited as to what I can eat.
I tried out Graze as a test with the four item sampler and from there was hooked! I was so surprised (and still am!) at the ingenuity of the snacks, then healthy ingredients, and their great flavors! As someone with dietary restrictions, this is exactly what I'm looking for, because as great as I am at reading labels now, it is so nice to not even have to worry. And my husband, who does not have any restrictions, still loves all the snacks I get :) thank you, Graze!
I love getting my boxes of snacks, I have not discovered anything I do not like. I am head over heels in love with Graze. Thanks for discovering how to put so much flavor in those cute packages.
The snack packs sent by Graze are satisfying little containers. Depending on the size chosen, they will be 4,8, or more unique combinations to try. These packages are sent on a schedule. The price is somewhat high for what you get, hence only 4 stars.
We tried graze, received the "free" sample for $1, and we immediately saw an $11.99 charge to our acct. We looked up how to cancel because we felt the snacks were "OK", but not worth $11.99!
We cancelled and they offered to charge only $5.99, plus credit the $11.99!
We received the "discounted" box on Tuesday, we also saw it was not credited for $11.99, but charged another $5.99.
I went today (Wednesday to call and cancel and ask for the credit of the difference, but there is NO PHONE NUMBER listed anywhere that we could find, plus!, it said they were already "preparing" next week's box and it was too late to cancel, what?)
So we felt they would call and ask us, or email asking us if our cancellation was still intact? Nope! They just assumed we still wanted a box sent every week, and now for $11.99?
Again, after owning our small business for nearly 40 years, we never ducked customer's calls?
We are 66 and do not even ask for senior discounts, so that was a nice gesture by them! However, after we tried the new box last night when it came we decided we did not need to order anymore, as they were "OK?"
So we just wished to cancel, but now it is too late the next day for next week March 21?
That's why I wanted to call and straighten this out, but we can find no number anywhere to talk? When we pushed the "Call" on the I-Phone, it says, "email!"
The number does not go through?
Just want to receive the credit they promised but now we are paying the full $11.99, PLUS the $5.99, and who knows what we will be charged for next week?
We are trying to warn customers, but suspect this will be taken down immediately, then we will be worried?
We will watch this closely and continue to search for a phone number? (Good luck to us on that?) This company is in New Jersey, that really concerns us a lot!

I thought to try this as an alternative to the junk that I have been snacking on. Both myself and my hubby enjoy them. I have suggested the snacks to all me friends.
I have been receiving the Graze boxes for a few months now. It is a convenient way to get healthy snacks to have for lunch every day.
Some of the combinations are really neat. Love the deconstructed carrot cake! You can get your sweets and still be healthy.
I love receiving that creatively packed brown box at work. It's a welcomed surprise in the mail box among the junk mail and bills. About 95% of the snacks have been extremely tasty and make for a great break with added energy as a bonus.
I look forward to my snack box every month as a change of pace in my life. The snacks are great and have a nice variety. There are even great options for ordering addition of favorites and different boxes. Truly enjoy!

Answer: Don't just cancel, remove your payment method. I got charged after canceling. I canceled the day i received my trial box. They have no phone number to contact. Only email. After canceling, when i click manage frequency or pause boxes, it reloads the page, so i have now removed my card. These snacks are small and under 300 calories. Some only 100 calories. $14 for 8 snacks isn't a good deal and they expire pretty quickly. I wouldn't pay $1 per snack. Because i cancelled, i didn't even get to pick the snacks i unauthorized the charge for. Got two of the same crap beet snack sent. Will not be eating the coming box and expect a full refund and cancellation with cancellation email.

You could alternatively log in yourself and do this with her or on her behalf if you prefer. I'm sorry we don't have a more simple process for gift subscriptions just now.
