I love everything!... I have been super happy with all my boxes...
I have E-mailed a few times with questions and have been answered very promptly. That is huge to me. I am a snacker, I work long hours so I love the convenience of grab and go.In addition I have cut way down on candy and chips since getting my boxes. I am in love... keep up the good work!
Especially love the snacks with the nuts and dried fruit combinations. Also really enjoy the snacks that are called Flapjacks. Each shipment comes fresh each week and is enough for a single snack - I space my enjoyment out over the week and manage to have snacks everyday till the next box arrives. In addition, the low price for each box doesn't break the bank and allows me to try different types of boxes, or order additional boxes as I wish to try something new.
Love it. I have enjoyed every box I have recieved. Love how I can rate every snack and all the different boxes to choose from. My husband takes them to work and I buy some for my daughter and I for snacks at home.
I love the packaging and snacks yet have not received my favorite items even once. We keep getting the same corn kernels and selections that I indicated were our least favorite. I am thinking about discontinuing.
My Graze boxes often have two to three really tasty snacks and then five to six things that sit on a fringe of between just down right not great or uninteresting to just bleh. I believe in the company and its commitment to great quality but often times cannot find the value in the box. I have received over 5 boxes and have only really loved a couple snacks.
I really enjoy Graze. I was used to grabbing for the processed food snacks at work for a couple of months, got hooked to them. I knew I needed to eat better. Graze allows me to stock up at work and home and just eat them when I can and feel good about it after. I have tried more things on Graze over these months, and surprised myself with trying new foods. Really helpful service.
The food that I have had was delicious.
The boxes have been delivered as scheduled and I like the fact that I can choose
The date I want to receive them.
I am really enjoying the Graze service so far. Lots of yummy snacks in good portion sizes that keep me from eating junk food. The website is pretty good. My only suggestion is make it easier to find my past boxes to rate my snacks. A big link as soon as you sign in would be great.
I love your graze snack, and they last for a long while. I still haven't had the chance to taste the kale which i'm wanting to try so bad. My over all experience is a pleasant one.
For the most part I have enjoyed tasting the snacks. A few haven't been my cup of tea but I have been able to mark them as such.
I have been trying to cancel graze for over a year I didn't want to cancel my debit card but my bank tells me it is the only way to escape them they have no phone number and when I try to use my email they don't recognize it don't fall for it they're a ripoff
Its 'been a mixed experience. Most of the snacks have been a pleasant surprise. A few have been awful. I'm still trying to decide whether I want to continue this.
These snacks are perfect for on the go days, or those late afternoon hunger pangs.
Overall happy with this service. I like the automatic shipping, it's like getting a surprise gift each month in the mail (or however frequent you prefer). I also like that you can rate snacks before you try them and "trash" snacks that you know you won't want to try.
On my coffee table sits a basket where graze calls home. Every morning before my husband leaves for work he rumbles through and grabs one. When I go out I do the same. The only change if any I would make would be to supply a small wooden stick in the ones that have a nutella type addition to the granola or seeds. That is it. I love to take one out after I have been out on a run and if I feel really nice hand one off to her and reenergize my muscles instead of hitting fast food joints. Great for back packing also. If this had been around in the 60's when I back packed the Appalachian Trail, al 2,000+ miles of it I would have mailed it to myself along the way. I can find so many uses for it. I put it on yogurt, cereal, trips in the car, give them away when someone is snacky. It starts a good conversation about your company and we are satisfied. I think the biggest thing is portion control. Great job! Keep going.
I really like the idea, and the convenience. The flavors sound interesting, but I have trouble finding many that I actually like the taste. The packaging also makes it difficult to eat on the run, which is what I would typically be doing when I am trying to eat something like this. Moved my subscription to monthly instead of weekly, and may discontinue all together. Bummed, because I had really high hopes for this!

I am currently trying to lose a few pounds. These graze snacks are great! They are big enough to satisfy those cravings for something to eatbut not so much that you feel guilty for splurging on each delicious one. I look forward eating these snacks. Each one has been delicious and they have helped me stay on my diet.
Everything has been awesome, from beginning to present. The treats are great and just the right size. Delivery is like clockwork. Customer service is awesome on a lost box.
Answer: Yes they will and then it'll be next to impossible to get him to stop charging you'll have to report your card lost to the bank and get a new card
Answer: No give it a miss, you will spend much time trying to stop the payments, the so called free box is the carrot to tempt you it's far from free.
Answer: No its not safe to put in your credit card or bank info. Its very difficult to cancel the auto shipments
Answer: Don't just cancel, remove your payment method. I got charged after canceling. I canceled the day i received my trial box. They have no phone number to contact. Only email. After canceling, when i click manage frequency or pause boxes, it reloads the page, so i have now removed my card. These snacks are small and under 300 calories. Some only 100 calories. $14 for 8 snacks isn't a good deal and they expire pretty quickly. I wouldn't pay $1 per snack. Because i cancelled, i didn't even get to pick the snacks i unauthorized the charge for. Got two of the same crap beet snack sent. Will not be eating the coming box and expect a full refund and cancellation with cancellation email.
Answer: Hi Denise, What a great idea! Thanks for using our service this lovely way:) Snack preferences are entered when logged in, so if you provide your niece with the email and password combination you entered, that will grant her access to this. You could alternatively log in yourself and do this with her or on her behalf if you prefer. I'm sorry we don't have a more simple process for gift subscriptions just now. This is definitely something we'd love to work on in future, so that more and more folks can spread the love with graze! For now, I hope this does the trick for you both - and if you'd like any extra detail or assistance, just drop us an email at hi@graze.com :)

Hi Laurie,
Thanks for getting in touch and for sharing your experience with graze.
I reached out to you via private message, but I haven't received a response yet. I just wanted to let you know I was able to locate your account and cancel your recurring order for you, as it sounds like there may have been a typo in the email we have for you on file. Your last box is currently en route and due to arrive during the week of 3/28.
Additionally, I've refunded your last few boxes as a gesture of goodwill. You will see your refund reflected on your bank statement within 5-10 business days.
Please don't hesitate to get in touch if there's anything I can do for you. Thanks for trying graze.
